We visited "El rancho" in August 2022 and were satisfied with both food (meat and fish) and service. Great place, highly recommended

Great food! Fresh salads, the meat was tasty, especially the burgers and the checken. We were 11 people with two kids, everyone enjoyed .The service was also professional.
This restaurant is not clean, the food not fresh and the staff rude. The chicken wings i ordered were not fresh- the waitress, instead of taking my word- smelled it and said it was fine- the manager did the same. My husband ordered a mushroom...empanta and received a meat instead- waitress denied that the mushroom was ordered. We were charged for the house salads and bread which we never ordered but told that come with the main course. The manager stated that since the other returned he charged us for the house salad. Very dishonestMore
Great service, tasty food, good location. Very good steak, high quality deserts. Suggested stop in Tiberias
Delicious food, friendly and helpful stash, plenty of space and nice atmosphere. A great stop if you were in Tiberias.
We were looking for fish. Although this was a “meat” place, they had diners on a slow night so we decided to go with the numbers. I have to say that I didn’t see that reminded me of Argentina, but the food surprised me! We...ordered by pointing at a menu in Hebrew next to one in English since none of the staff spoke English or Spanish and pulled a bottle of wine out the rack. It all worked. The fish was well done and the meal came with the best bread and an array of mezze styled salads that were delicious. Service was fine and had fun at our language barrier. Everybody’s nest dishes looked really good too.More
Pleasant to find a kosher restaurant open on motsei Shabbat. The entrecote steak was perfect, the big surprise was the grilled potato. Never had it like that before, tasty (but don't forget to put on salt). Service was friendly and capable. For a steakhouse, solidly...good as may be expected, with comparable prices.More
Absolutely delicious. Located down an alleyway in town, the menu offers a huge selection of meats, steak and fish, but we went with a selection of 5 starters. Surprisingly these were larger sized dishes than expected, even served with the tastiest green beans and presented...on dishes like in a fancy restaurant. The food was so tasty, the staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely come again when I revisit Tiberias.More
All of their meat dishes are superb! Highly recommended. On part with El gaucho and Papagaios. We will definitely be returning :)
The food was okay, not what I had expected after reading the reviews. I asked for a medium cooked steak and got a rare one!! The waitress did take it back to get cooked a bit more but.... The staff were busy chatting and it...took us time to get there attention on a few occasions. Left the restaurant feeling disillusioned most definitely not one that I would recommendMore
Good quality of the food. Great steak and meat Vast variety of fresh salads 👌 Good service 🥂 We really enjoyed
Very great food and great atmosphere Talk to Gal. He's the best Very good steak and tomohock Great service
We went to El Rancho last evening and thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambience. I had the El Rancho Steak and my husband, the Schnitzel. The food was served nicely was absolutely delicious and priced quite reasonably The array of colors and flavors was wonderful.
Went to eat with my husband there. Very nice service, great taste! Had the special of the day. Delicious!
We got greeted by a very friendly waitress and she spoke Englisch very well! (Our first night and day in Tiberias were both not so good since we got lost (twice😅) and no one wanted to help us or (acted like) they did not speak...English, so this was a nice change.) The steak was really okay, but the side dishes and the bread with hummus, dips and salads (we got when we got seated) were sooooo good. We got advised a nice bottle of wine, and two (free) bottles of water. Food came in soon and the staff asked multiple times if everything was fine (also not like our earlier experiences). It wasn't very cheap, but very good valued compared to other places we have visited (275 nis for the 2 of us). Thanks for the experience and food!More
