Very good experience, while The Hampton Inn does not have room service they provide takeout and are located in the hotel. I had the chilled lobster and Quiana salad, it was delicious. Staff was friendly and couldn't beat the convience.

Very nice quiet bar/restaurant across street from Capital Rep Theater. Shared: Blue Cheese dip (and dipped everything we ordered in it!); Kobe sliders w/ Garlic frites (garlic french fries) and Lemon Tart for dessert (waiter Caleb found out it was my birthday and decorated the dessert and put on a candle!) All was delicious, hot and timing was perfect. Caleb... More

Although the location of this restaurant might send some away (it's inside a hotel) do not miss the delicious experience. We dined with friends prior to attending a downtown show and everyone was extremely satisfied. We were first greeted by a host who immediately took out wet raincoats and escorted us to our table. After ordering, our waiter brought yummy... More

This is a restaurant that features chef inspired cuisine. The offerings are fresh and flavorful, and just a little different than mainstream fare. For example the wedge salad was fresh lettuce, blue cheese and roasted tomatoes. The bacon topping had a sweet and smokey flavor...delicious! The main course, salmon was dressed with a hoisin sauce, which was a familiar yet... More

the crispy chops, and glazed carrots were awesome...service was very nice and a warm ambience. they are not open late for drinks, but that's ok, wasn't a necessity.

Sorry, guys....we won't be back. We normally enjoy the menu, ambiance, and especially the proximity to the theaters, but last night was just a big disappointment, and totally unnerving. We were a party of 6: 2 dinners weren't even luke warm, a third was inedible. We had to ask for the check 3 times in order to be at our... More

What a great night. When you have great friends, great wine, great food, and a beautiful atmosphere you are in what I like to call a state of Zen bliss because it doesn't get any better. Truly a wonderful experience ! Also a wonderful and engaging waitress, who was a dead ringer for Marisa Tomei. She was the added icing... More

It's a small casual restaurant attached Hampton Inn & Suites. While it's not as fancy and expensive as Yono's next door, the food and atmosphere are top-notch! We grabbed dinner there before Twenty One Pilots concert at Times Union Center, and we weren't disappointed. Food was delicious and high-end, and our waiter Jared provided outstanding service.

Don't get me wrong, DP and its sister restaurant,Yonos, are favorite downtown Albany destinations. We have dined many times at the brassiere before Cap Rep or a concert. But our experience before walking over to the Palace for the Albany Symphony concert was a bit annoying. We ordered a Pinot Noir with dinner after downing a very good martini. The... More

Was away on business & ate here. Ended up eating here 2 nights in a row. Worth every bite! Loved the Brussel sprouts with the pork belly! And the short ribs for dinner was a melt in your mouth! The atmosphere was great & service was superb!
