Great place with excellent steak.
The others had big steaks.
As veggie I had the excellent salad bar and cheese sandwiches.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
They have an efficiebt waiting system with a screen. You get your table quickly.
Not that veggie friendly though

Would always look forward to Sizzler whenever we visit Hat Yai. Really disappointed when we found out it closed it's outlet at Lee Garden Plaza which is so strategically situated in town and the environment was great too. Had to travel all the way to Central Festival Mall now, the food is still good as always, but the restaurant is a little dark and dingy, service could be better, staff were not very attentive.

We ate here with our family, it was delicious!I ordered fish and the kids had barbeque and grilled chicken with shrimp tempura. The salads were refreshing and simple, especially the desserts filled with sliced coconuts, as an intro to Thailand! But, however we did not appreciate the fact that the staff closed the lights while we were eating, it was definately not polite! Overall I want to thank everyone for the good food!

This place is a must visit whenever I visit Thailand....wherever it may be. Love the food, love the cheese toast and most of all the variety of food serve on the Salad Bar is heaven.
A slight disappointment Sizzler has moved out of Lee Garden Plaza to a new roof at Central Festival but their food quality still stay. Grilled Pork & Chicken O so tender. Simply a 5 star western food restaurant

Located in the Festival Mall (5th floor), this restaurants "claim to fame" is the lavish, all you can eat, salad bar which features salads, fruit, Pasta, soup and desert. The main courses [which one must order so as to access the salad bar] range from pork chops, chicken and beef dishes. The only "real problem" is that one's capacity to eat is less than what your eyes tell you!! If you want a change from Thai/Asian food... this is definitely worthy of a visit!!

Order any mains n u get free access to their salad bar! it's a must to try n wkday promo sets can be as low at 150+ baht... In fact, u'd likely be too full to try their mains once u start filling up at the salad bar with fresh vegs n soups. lol...
Do take note the outlet has moved from Lee Garden(dead mall now) to Central Festival, biggest mall in Hat Yai. There's also a huge warehouse (air-con), Makro, a distance away frm Central Festival, where u can get local goods/medicines at reasonable rates.

I have missed Sizzler so much since they exited from Singapore many years ago, had a pleasant surprise to find it here. If you go on a weekday night, they have some special promotion set meals that you can order from. Once you order the main meal, the food from the salad bar are free. They have salads, soups, fried chips and pasta for you to choose from and free toast too. When you order the drinks, it also comes with a small jar of refillable drink too. So i can say its quite value for money to come here to have your western food fix (for Tourists, as prices are quite expensive for locals).

We where very surprised with the big variety of salads and fruit that they served. Their food is a bit on the expensive side, but with the eat as much as you can salad bar, it's worth it.. their french fries are so good!!! I had fish, but it wasn't the best fish I had. Needles to say, I would def return for the salad and french fries :-)

Prices are quite steep for a resto in hatyai so I would say leaning towards upper class dining....
Western meal was just so so but what will bring me back is the buffet salad bar!

I go there for the French Pork Chop. A sizeable piece of pork with a thin layer of fat on top.Though it comes with black pepper sauce, I prefer to eat it as it is as it is well marinated. I only add a bit of black pepper and salt .If you order a main dish (as the pork chop), you can help yourself to the buffet salad bar which also have soups and desserts.Service is friendly and efficient.Value for money. They have only 1 outlet now in Hat Yai in Central Festival Shopping Mall which is some distance with downtown area of Lee Garden Plaza. You can go there by tuk tuk for 25 to 30 Bahts or "songtiao" ( pick up van with 2 rows of seats from KImYong Market ) for 10 Bahts.

My wife took me to Sizzler soon after I joined her to settle in southern Thailand from the UK, I had never been to one before but now I'm well and truly hooked!
Sizzler, on the 5th floor of The Central Festival Shopping Mall, Hat Yai has a genuine, comfortable very nice feel. The salad bar is always fresh with varied, appetising salads and dressings, deciding from the wide and varied choice from the food and drinks menu which has so much to offer is so, so difficult!
I am quite a fussy guy who pays close attention to detail but from my very first visit I have never found the slightest fault or, have in any way been or felt disappointed.
Welcoming, great service, beautifully presented delicious food, cleanliness, attention to detail and value for money... What more can I say... Enjoy!

Went there with my wife on July 2016 but was dissapointed because they have moved. They are no more located at Lee Garden Plaza. Was told by the information counter that they have moved to Central Festival. Can't comment about the restaurant since we didnt have a chance to try it out.

Me and my family have eaten dinner at the Sizzler located at Central Festival a few times and the quality is amazing. The starter sallad is great and the food is very well done, the meat is perfectly done and everything around the food, like service och the restaurant itself, is great. Expensive food to be Thailand, but you get top quality, so it's worth it.

Been seeing Sizzler awhile in other parts of Thailand but its the first time I tried, and I should have done it so long ago. Their food is very well made, a basic pork steaks goes form 399 Baht, but the best is that they provide you with all you could eat starter, salads and desserts. I took the 2 piece pork & chicken loin set and we (2 person) shared it for 399 Baht, each took our own salad, soup and dessert. Well worth it, that we came a 2nd time, and this time each took our own set, I took the bbq pork ribs ... we came at dinner and went back at the closing time ~~
