Went with my family for drinks at Skylight lounge. Staff Suchada, Preeda & Supranee were superb and have amazing services. It was my daughter birthday and I made a request at the very last minute at 11.30pm to order a cake. To my surprise, Suchada bring along the cake 5 minutes later. I really appreciate her and the 2 staffs for making it happen. My daughter had a memorable birthday. Thank you for the great services provided.

Well done & good service. Special thanks to "Beam, Da, Kung and Nong" for remarkable service during our stay.
Centara should renovation and refresh the bar area because Centara can do a very nice cozy bar in town. (we were here at centara nearly every year - the bar never change but seem a bit out of date and when is busy times is not enough space for customer).

Two for the price of one on glasses of Merlot. They let us take the glasses to our room. What wasn't to love? We were there while it was still considered Happy Hour, but it was quite quiet. The pianist singer was very good

Nice staff and pleasant environment but cocktails are weak with very little alcohol and full of ice. It gets unpleasant when the live singing starts as it is much too loud.

It is great to relax at the Sky Lounge having your favourite drink after a long day. There are a list of drinks which you can choose from. my room category entitled us to complimentary drinks and finger food there and we visited throughout our stay. staff provide good service. :)

We arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon, decided to have a simple meal here before dinner.
The soup served was cold and we told the waiter and he brought it back to the kitchen, but return with a slightly warm soup.
Disappointing experience and we never eat there for the entire stay at the hotel.

It is great to relax at the Sky Lounge having your favourite drink after a long day. There are a whole list of drinks which you can choose from and some little finger food at the bar counter.

Fantastic song, delicious food and beverage. This lounge located on 6th floor of the Centara Hotel Hatyai. It 's the best place for hang out after your shopping time.

I was returned to this hotel after 10 years that time it was under Novotel group of hotels . It’s too much changes around the location, it’s surrounded by many shops eating places etc . The lobby is at 6th floor very grand with high ceilings & smiling staff to cheer you up from your tired journey . The rooms decor is little old fashioned but very clean & gave you fresh feeling. My room was having on higher floor with city look & far off mountains.

Came here with the intention of getting a drink whilst out in Hat Yai. Unfortunately it's really quite a sad place once you get inside and totally lacking in atmosphere. I made a quick decision to exit and try the Homeless Bar instead, which was a much better choice.

First, the hotel is very well located, it is literally in the heart of central Hatyai. You don't have to go far, there is Gimyong Market 4 min walk away, right in front of the hotel in the night becomes a walking street. The hotel itself serve very reasonably priced food and drinks (averaging THB50) along the streets in what they call tunnel street, as you just relax sit back and people watch. You get seafood, birds nest, sharksfin, and there you can get a nice hair cut or hair wash, massage, shopping, buy all sort of tropical fruits, right at the door steps.
From 6-8pm, go to the sky lounge. Daily, they have happy hour 1 for 1, and considering that the drinks are already reasonably priced, it is value for money. The lounge is between the hotel lobby and the japanese restaurant called Ginger, which is also good value. So many of us have some drinks at the lounge, then move on to the Ginger restaurant for our dinner. You don't need to miss the big screen TV or the music as Ginger restaurant has outdoor seating close to the Sky Lounge.
If you need to conduct business, no problem they do have an area away adjacent to the lounge, comfortable seating with tables if needed.
Music played is mostly western oldies, however from time to time they will slot in chinese golden hits from the 80s to the 90s, especially cantonese songs from Hong Kong to cater to the mostly Malaysian Chinese audience.
If you do come to this area or stay in this hotel, I recommend some relaxing time at the Sky Lounge.
