We have been searching for authentic Thai food within the vicinity of the hotel we are staying at and saw it on Google map. Great choice! Delicious Thai food and the fried fish with garlic toppings is a must! We also had the stir fry prawns with petai, would also recommend that. It's tucked in a quiet street but use Google map to bring you there, it's easy

The best local food Chinese style! All stir fried menu was spot on. I do recommend the taro spring roll, it was so good and crispy. The only thing they should have is more parking space, apart from that superb!

Nestled down a side alley just past the main market, this "In the Hole" (translation) eatery was heaving at lunchtime. Amazing local sauces offered with local delicacies and prepared with pride.

The restaurant was quite hard to find. There was no name plate at the restaurant. The local people introduced Fried Pork with Garlic which is not shown in recommended menu. It was great!

This restaurant located on a narrow lane, near the large market [follow the map CLOSELY], is a true, "off the beaten track" delight!! While small, it delivers very big and delicious flavours with their very typical Hat Yai/Thai favourites. It is definitely worthy of a visit or two [as we did return].

We had dinner here on our first night. It is located in a small street behind the large market. Very simple tables and decor, but the food is first class. The son of the owner was the only cook and he does a great job. And the prices are unbelievable low, average is THB 80 but shrimp dishes just slightly higher. A rare gem where low price is accompanied by delicious quality. I was here with my Thai wife, otherwise could never have deciphered the menu......

The small lane is full with the parking car. Crowded people may misunderstand the client that the food must be delicious. The Talae Hoad (spicy seafood) was greasy. The taro spring roll was cracking not crispy.

The small restaurant in narrow track behind Kim yong market. The restaurant serves thai-Chinese food, fresh cooked , taste of food was excellent. We order the clear Tom yum soup though it would be hot but it was not that hot but excellent taste, we miss Tom yum omelette which was extraordinary which everyone ordered except us, so this was we miss, have to do it next time, I don't think the car could access to this restaurant but you can walk follow the map easily.. Place was clean and on the way to restaurant we can enjoy the house of the local people, it was Out of tourists route.
