Beautiful resort in a fantastic position. The rooms are extremely presentable and the pools and gardens very tranquil.

After much research, and deciding that a certain 5 star resort wasn't a justifiable expense, we decided to stay at the Railay Village Resort. You cannot beat the location as it is on West Railay which has the best beach and sunsets, and it's right next to the walking street. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool was fun to... More

We came for New Years 16/17. The staff is with out a doubt the worst I have experienced throughout my many journeys in Thailand. It takes you 40 minutes to get the menu and double that almost to get the check the restaurant. Our safe in the room didn't work when we arrived so I called reception to have them... More

Upon arriving at Railay Village there were some serious ups and downs. We arranged an airport pickup for a hefty 1600 baht, but it was completely worth it. Pros: - Our room was clean and nice. - the restaurant was good - location can't be beat - breakfast was included - pool was clean and nice Cons: - Smelled like... More

We are a family staying here for 6 nights and the service is appalling. There seems to be 2 waiters for the entire restaurant, including clearing. Twice we've walked away after waiting over 20 minutes to be served. Twice food didn't even arrive that was ordered. And once we waited 40 mins and asked for a sandwich that had been... More

We stayed at Railay beach for 9 days, 8 nights, Having two meals a day outside our hotel. After virtually starving for most of the period, we got here, and it was virtually redemption. It was the first and only place with decent food - each dish we ordered was tasty, and the portions are generous. The staff was service... More

THis restaurant has a phenomenal location, staff is great and friendly, ambience great and food presentation is gorgeous. Taste is fantastic... But the portions are relatively small, the price is expensive.. among other things because the add vat and 10% service to the bill.

The customer service was amazing! The frustrating thing about this Resort is that it is hard for them to control the mold in their rooms. We arrived during rainy season and switched rooms three times due to mold growing on the ceilings. They were kind enough to upgrade us to their best room, which still had mild mold issues. Great...
