About
Inspired by Western Europe, our fine dining international fusion restaurant and lounge bar embraces exceptional culinary diversity from around the globe. The flavors of Asia are wonderfully blended with sophisticated French cuisine, simplicity of Italian classics and other European fare. The Temple embodies a modern classy feel with an Asian, almost colonial, twist. The color scheme and design blends with the east wing townhouse villas where the restaurant is located. A series of doors and windows open out onto the central pool enhancing the space. The restaurant name is inspired by the nearby community house which acts as the neighborhood traditional place of worship.

See the red bean restaurant this is the sister restaurant— I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant. Certainly the best place in SE Asia in the past 14 years. Templar sets the standards for this part of world.

Stayed at the hotel and have chosen to dine in, rather than battling the old town. Fantastic food and service. They were able to cater for my two boys who are fussy eaters. Definitely recommend to eat here... Felt completely relaxed

We visited this hotel that has this restaurant within it, so you are overlooking the swimming area and the guests of the hotel. The ambience is nice with swing seats and regular tables. The menu is good the same for lunch as evening. We went...for lunch and had a fantastic experience, lovely food, lovely service and a nice meal. Again it is along western prices, there is very little 'cheap' in Vietnam any more as we found our during this trip. The second time we went back it was just two of us as we were coming to the end of the trip and we thought one last treat. To say it was disappointing is sad. It may have been our food choices, different chef whatever, but neither food nor drink was great. Meats tough and cold, and not enjoyable. Very happy to offer you happy hour wine by the glass but if you fancy a bottle then nothing ???? This was again an experience all over Da Nang. Also watch the bill that they actually do give you happy hour price again not just of this location but of all locations visited. Good service and good meals are about consistency and maybe the lesson learned is not to go back.More

As usual the food was beautifully prepared and presented by the ever attentive and helpful staff. I have come here for many years now and they maintain a consistently high standard. Don’t be put off by this restaurant being in a resort hotel, this is...no hotel restaurant it can stand by itself. Great food, great service, great prices. My compliments and thanks to everyone. Recommended highly.More

Very nice restaurant, located inside Siesta hotel, about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town ( or a short taxiride ). The waiters was most helpful and friendly, and the food was superb, both looked and tasted delciously. Probably the best, or one of the...best restaurants in Hoi An, highly recommended. Did not see any Vietnamese specialities, so if that is what you are looking for, perhaps you should go elsewhere.More

We are pretty serious foodies. We know quality. We commented that the gnocchi should not have a side of potato. The salmon pasta had great salmon but the pasta was boring. The tuna appetizer was excellent and well prepared and priced. The staff reaction we...received when we shared our comments ta was unique in our world travels. They REALLy want to do better and learn from feedback. They called a team meeting and I think changed the menu. We were super impressed and they were super embarrassed. Aspects of the meal were excellent. Just some things to work on.....if only every restaurant was this diligent!More
