We just returned from a fantastic evening at Secret Garden. The food was spectacular, the wine was spot on, the service outstanding and the quiet hidden sanctuary was a wonderful retreat from the touristic main streets of town. Thank you to staff and owner. We...More

Food was delicious. Setting is stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. We even got to enjoy a guitarist playing soulful tunes. Definitely recommend dining at Secret Garden.

Prepare for a short walk down or up Le Loi Street, watch for the sign to the alley about half way, walk down the lane and prepare yourself for the sight of the Secret Garden. Set in a quiet, leafy place with ponds and waterfalls...More

We found this restaurant by accident as it’s up an alleyway. The setting is lovely sadly the food and service don’t match up. It wasn’t particularly busy but the staff were hard pushed to give good service. The “ maitre’d “ was going from table...More

Dear Blitzboy, We are so sorry for your meal. However, we are really much wondering about the reason why you said "the staff was hardly pushed to give good service"??? If that happened, it would be all about the people like you. They are afraid...More

We visited for lunch and chose 4 dishes off their recommended for value Local Specialities and Vietnamese homestyle menu pages. Unfortunately the offerings were generally bland and we couldn't recommend any of the options as memorable. The average food was coupled with difficulty in English...More

Signposted down a well lit alley to an oasis of calm .Attentive service and starched table cloths add to the calm ambience. Intersting menu with clear information about ingredients. We were not disppointed.

Just had dinner with my family there - the staff were helpful, smiley and almost all spoke decent English. My wife had Green papaya salad with chicken - great flavour and my 8 yr old daughter loved the 'off menu' chicken fried rice. The fish...More

Very cozy place with nice staff, good service and exiting food. The fish I had was a little bit dry, but tasted very good. The wine was good and all in all a very nice experience :)

I read your response to my review. I find it sarcastic and rude, and I am shocked to see that a business can speak to it's customers in this way. The response seems to imply that this is not the first time I have visited and reviewed the restaurant; "you again Chris". I assure you that I and my "little Vietnamese girlfriend' have never been to your restaurant before. (We live in the south of Vietnam.) We stumbled on your restaurant by accident. The prices I am comparing are those which I am used to paying, and the opinion about the taste of the prawns was that of my girlfriend. Although I will now definitely tell people not to come to your restaurant, I want to know why you think it is appropriate to send a rude and sarcastic response to a customer who gave a truthful and objective opinion about your establishment.
