Inedible spaghetti bolognese, hugely over spiced king prawns ( not fresh maybe) chicken cashews again ultra spicy.Dessert was bananas with chocolate sauce (3 microscopically sized bananas with a drizzle of... The owner, Duey, loves welcoming travelers & loves to get to know about other parts of the world. He's funny & accommodating- nothing is too much trouble. Drop in for a bite or a cocktail when you're in Hoi An!

We stopped for supper at this tiny restaurant and had a great experience. The service was excellent. The food was freshly made and just a little different than basic. To finish off, I had homemade ice cream (excellent) and hot Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was strong but not bitter with just a hint of chocolate. Definitely I would recommend this... More

We arrived late night in Hoi An. My partner went to find food while I crashed out. He found Festival Night. He was given a meal which he said to be amazing and arranged a tour day for the next day for us. We were collected in the morning in an extremely comfortable car and taken to see the sites... More

What appears to be a small bar is transformed of an evening with tablecloths, chilled glasses for drinks and lively music, can be a bit loud but will turn it down when asked, amazingly reasonable cost just 50 yards from Anantara hotel.

again I would recommend Dem Hoi, however more so Duy who takes so much interest in his customers. During our stay in Aug not only did we have a great meal here, Duy also took us out the following evening to a local restaurant of his choice down on the beach strip. We had a great experience, a couple of... More

Just don't go, horrible food and service. I feel that no effort was made to make the night special. Hoi An has much better restaurants than this one. For a better scene try 3 dragon or pone of the more lively places.
