Many thanks to the Suasana Cafe PIC, Mr Hakim, Mr Scha with all cafe and kitchen crew. Not forgetting Ms Efnerina for our training arrangement.
Our client had a good experience and feedback having their training at Suasana Suites meeting space. Most of them were quite impressed with their first visit experienced.
Varieties of menus given for our clients' lunches and tea breaks, and giving the surprise element for their meal time. They are very satisfied with the food, ambience and friendly service.
Plus point, nice interior and setup for selfie and photo session.

It’s very convenient to book last minute.
The view is so nice , with the cold weather.
Spaghetti Bolognese and the Mee Goreng Mamak is very recommended as the taste is super nice !
Their customer service is excellent , as their Restaurant Manager , Encik Lokman manage time come to our table, ask for the feedback.
We hope to come here back soon ♥️

Took my beloved wife for our first anniversary celebration at suasana suite and hotel . The valentine package that i chose was every penny worth it and we were both happy that night. From the full course meal to the services , everything was perfect and to see how surprised my wife was for the last surprise i planned for her at the end of our dinner, i felt utmost satisfied and beyond happy. There was also an additional surprise from the manager himself when we got an extra brownie with icecream beautifully plated in celebration of us becoming parents to be 🥰 Definitely recommending this to everyone 😄

We went to this restaurant because we stay at the suites. Before this my friends did recommend us to have a dinner there because they said we will enjoy our meal there cause the sky view. Yet when we tried yeahh we really enjoyed it. Not because of the view but the menu as well really simple and also delicious. My husband said the taste of each menu really quality and when its come to local food you really can tasted local, when its come to western yes the taste also the same. So if there any foreigner looking or viewing for restaurant I think Suasana Cafe really worth it for you guys...! 💕

Nice ambience and a beautiful view of Johor Bahru! Cosy for couples, family & office gatherings. They have an nice indoor cafe area and also a large open outdoor eating area, delightfully decorated just next each other. Our family enjoyed the breeze and gazed at the moon while dining at the outdoor area.
All the tables in the indoor cafe were fully seated with couples having a romantic night together. We were told that they sell romantic packages.
Clean environment, good food, cheerful & friendly staff providing excellent service! So it’s 5 stars!

I am really satisfied with their services! Very recommended, look at my plate very cute text decoration by the chef! So touched. Thank you thank you. Also the waiter very kindd, i dont know what his name, but he is so kind. At first we get seat near the wall i mean we cant look the view as close as the another table but then i told to the waiter i want to seat another table with the view but the table is fully booked. He said, no worries after the table free they will set up new table for us. But then after one couple finished their dinner, He give us to seat there with the outside night vieww from the glass window for dessert time. Im so satisfying!! Thank you very much. Keep it up

We stayed Suasana Suites Hotel JB for 2 nights. We had 2x 1 bedroom suites, We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, and personally I like the kitchen. The only setback was when we had 2 adults and 2 children, they only gave us 2 sets of towels, cutleries, plates etc. When requested to add 2 more sets, the servicing staff said cannot.
The servicing staff at the reception were friendly especially Vijay,. Our twins like him n soon made friend with him. He was friendly, and patient. Thanks Vijay.

The foods are delicious all taste good, all serve well good service from them and friendly, nightview are very cool. The best part is the view and the decoration and I really love it! A romantic dinner with my husband. Thank you so much!

Very good services! Thank you Nazrul a.k.a bars manager and the team for making our nights very special. Love the services! They treats me so well and nicely. we celebrate wedding anniversary use promotion mco. food very delicious, big room and most comfortable. staff very friendly,and also help me to validate card parking because we check out earling morning. overall is i and husband very satisfied check in this hotel.

Thank u for ur service 💕.. your service attendant, Faiz and others staff in that shift do so good his job from beginning until to end.. The best of cafe in jb. Also Tip top services and friendly staff. Very delicious food and yummy.
Overall, ambience was great and an awesome places to have meal with friends and family. Would say its affordable as well for its quality and quantity.
