We never miss having a meal at Marcopolo Kitchen each time we visited Johor Bahru. The ambience is nice, the food selection is great, staff are very attentive and friendly. Special mention to Ruby, Jay, Anaskhan, Tarun and Ranbir.

Marco Polo kitchen dinner complete

On a holiday evening , dinner was quick to be served , wide variety of western food , pasta ,and deserts , top it all , a 50 percent promotion on some of its menu . Overall , good experience. Very friendly staff by the name of ruby made the place more welcoming . I signed up the membership .

Perfect evening out to chill with friends and family

The extensive menu includes steaks, and a vast selection of pasta, including the traditional Italian pizzas. Perfect for that special occasion, or simply an evening out with friends, you will find a warm atmosphere. Ruby, the waitress there(or manager) is really sweet, very friendly and generous (she even give complimentary of chips) . Dont forget to buy a membership there to enjoy 50% of price

Bad experience

Came across fb post that they are having promotion on their food, decided to give them a try. The ambiance is great, but the good is so so only, the onion soup is disaster as its too watery and tasted weird. Upon paying, didn't not see any promotion price on the bill and the staff kept asking us to join their membership. After reviewing my problem with them on fb, they said that I have to mentioned the promo to the staff so that I get the discount, but if the promotion is open to everyone, why do I need to request for it. They said they are willing to refund me but as they have closed their account for the day, they can only refund me by the amount im meals from. Having initial meals there does not make me want to eat there anymore. They do not come up with a better solution. Very disappointed

Superb service from Ruby

Ruby gave us helpful menu recommendations. She also drew pictures on paper for the children to colour while waiting for food. Her service was top notch, absolutely fantastic! Food was okay, but we were blown away by Ruby's table service.

Good Food Great Service

Hubby and I dined at Marco Polo to take advantage of their lunch All You Can Eat Pizza and Pasta. As vegans, we ordered the PF vegan pasta, mushroom pizza and vegan pasta. Crust is a nice thin almost pita like. The veggies were fresh and the pasta was the highlight of the meal with great flavor. We loved the clean, rustic atmosphere especially the Latin Music! Who do I have to talk to to convince a monthly Latin night for dancing!?

Cosy environment, friendly staff

Restaurant looks nice from far. When nearing, it looks simple and nice. Upon reaching the entrance, friendly restaurant staff welcome us and helped open the door. Environment was cosy and nice. Seats ,tables and floor are quite clean. We were given the menu promptly by the staff. Staff was patient to recommend popular dishes to us. After placing our order, staff served us plain water and small bites (free). Children were given colour pencils and pictures to colour while awaiting food to arrive. Food was reasonably good. Cosy environment made me linger longer in the restaurant after my meal. A nice place to chill on a lazy afternoon and watch the world go by. :) This is my 2nd visit, will definitely be back again for more yummy food.😋

Nice food and friendly staff!

The food here is very nice. You can find variety of awesome italian food here. Food also served pretty fast and while waiting your food to come, kids can enjoy drawing activity as well! Definitely will come here again to have a splendid time with my family.

The menu had a good variety of food. The food was prepared and served quickly. The wait staff were helpful and friendly, recommending food and drinks that pair with what we ordered. Overall a positive experience eating here

Belated Father Day Celebration

Our Family loves to come to Marco Polo Kitchen for dinner on special occasion such a birthdays and anniversary. The foods are delicious and the waiters are friendly always smiling and serve us well. Today my children are having meat lover sandwishes, and my father and mum are having chicken mango salads. I eat lamb stew and my wife is having french chicken. All are superb delicious and well recommended to have dinner here.

Best Western food in Johor

The food here is amazing. There are a variety of dishes, such as pasta, steak, salmon, risotto, ravioli, you name it. The yellow light ambien makes the dining experience very romantic and relaxing. The waiters and waitresses are also very friendly and experienced.

The Food here is very nice and the service is great.i like their pizza, mushroom soup and pasta the most!the environment is nice , comfy and relax . Price of the food here are consider fair and affordable and they also frequently have buy one free one promotion and even keeping the size of the food remain the same . Highly recommended to bring family and friends to visit here

Firstly, if you are looking for lower price foods then please reconsider. The value and taste justifies the price..Johoreans should consider the membership as it's a good deal. We had Hawaiian Pizza, 5 Layer Cheese Chicken Lasagna and Chicken Parmagiana with Lime&Iced Chocolate... basically melts in your mouth and taste stays ..yum. it's Overall about RM 182 for non members.

The Colours of Marco Polo

Greeted by wonderful and awesome servers, my family and I immediately get our seats as we enter. As soon as I open the menuI was bewildered and eager to eat the food. As my chicken pie arrived, I ate it and enjoy it very much. The harmonious flavours just danced on my taste buds. They also provide free refills for iced or warm water.

Thin Crispy Crust pizza just like it should be

Ordered a veggie pizza the crust was thin crispy had them add chili’s and bam 💥 it was hot and just nicer. I tried my friends dish looked very good but taste did not follow the looks. If and when I return it will be pizza again. Our server was very very nice friendly she was kind and very very good.
