The food here is cheap and tastes pretty ok. You should try this place out. I considered the portion as generous for its price point, can't complain much. I prefer the old place though. It has a more unique "hutan bandar" kinda feel to it compared to this new place. It's a shame they had to move to this new place.

Brought family to try their so called the cheapest chicken chop in town. The restaurant ambience was ok and the space was too spacious with limited seats.
We need to wait other guests to leave to get our seats. Maybe the management need to add more tables to cater more guests.
Also they need to speed up when taking orders to avoid long queue. Other than that, it was ok.

Me and my friends used to hang out there. We always take the main dish that is chicken grill. The food texture maintain.

if you want cheap, delicious western food, you should visit Hutan Bandar Bistro. the Chicken chop set will only cost you around RM5-RM6..

you need to queue up but i think it will be worth to wait.

Deep fried chicken chop RM5, grilled chicken chop RM8, lamb chop RM14/16 (can't remember), air bandung RM2.50. Its the price that is keeping this places crowded all the time. Taste is ok, not bad. Portions are as normal. The only let down is the cleanliness of the place. I might not visit again if something is not done about the cleanliness.

Its the long Q if u want to order. They have variety of menu with the cheap price. Chicken chop, grill chicken chop, lamb chop, fish & chip etc. The gravy really great.

This place has the most delicious chicken chop I've ever had. The price is so cheap compared to other places. They got one outlet in Kuantan too.

Chicken chop Hutan bandar is a very good place to eat western food when you're on a budget. Just RM5.30 now after GST. Highly recommended!

The cheapest chicken chop in Johor Bahru. RM5 chicken chop contains 3 pieces of deep-fried chicken breast, Potato fries and coleslaw salad. Business operation hours start at 5pm till midnight. Always crowded with local and regular patron. Cleanliness and customer service can be improved.

i recommended any one who want to try a food here to order chicken grilled chop because it is delicious and cheap. but it only open at night and usually it full house and some time i need to wait for getting my turn to take a sit and order. this chicken shop shop was operated in open area in hutan bandar which means u can eat while watching a sky.
