The experience in this breakfast bar is simply lovely. I was simply fussed over by waiter Parthiban. I told him that I am a small eater and he turned up with a "simply right" portion of nasi lemak for me. Could not resist the offer...of the sparkling vino on the first day I had breakfast at this place. It was just the nice relaxed feeling and well I was on my Christmas break!More

Best part of our SRL stay. L'Orangerie is exceptional. The food is exceptional and the staffs are exceptional. Love the breakfast and the dinner. Breakfast service was slightly slow due to the crowd, but this place makes one of the best St Regis lobster omellette...and eggs Benedict we have ever tasted. Dinner menu is a one pager that looks unassuming. But don't let that kid you. The friend rice comes with wagyu beef and the porridge comes with a generous piece of cod fish. The staffs at the L'Orangerie are truly memorable in their service too. We would like to thank Wazid (I hope I got the name right), Prem, the dinner chef (who we unfortunately forgot to ask for his name), the lady restaurant manager (again apologies we didn't get her name as she was mostly busy, thought super helpful and thoughtful) and team for making the dining experience the highlight of our stay.More

Had my buffet breakfast this morning. The lobster omelette was superb and so was the orange, carrot and passion fruit juice. I requested for strong Earl Grey TWG Tea with hot milk with foam and it came as requested. The waiter was really helpful and...offered to call him anytime I had a request. Loved the orange tee at the entrance of the restaurant and overall ambience was great. Fruits was served by the waiter for hygiene reason but it would have been nice if he could ask me how many pieces of fruit I wanted but just assumed two pieces was enough for pineapple and rock melon. The disappointment came towards the end when I ordered Nasi Lemak. Never expected you could go wrong with Nasi Lemak but the sambal was salty, the rice soggy and the ikan bilis tasted odd! I just ate one spoonful and did not finish the rest.More

Amazing breakfasts, choices to suit every taste and palette, served by attentive but unobtrusive staff. Nothing is too much bother for the chefs. Dinner choices probably not to everyone’s choice. A little more inventiveness would probably help considering the Pantai restaurant closes at 6 pm.

The Orangerie restaurant is used for breakfast and dinner at the St Regis hotel. The breakfast offers a enormous variety of hot and cold dishes. You can choose from the a la carte options, but a large buffet is available as well. The yoghurt station...is really good and the pastry corner offers a lot of bread varieties. To follow the ritual try a Bloody Mary for breakfast. For dinner the restaurant offers some local and international dishes. I enjoyed the pappardelle, a burger but also the catch of the day. The meals tastes really good and prices are reasonable. Good choice.More

We stayed at the St Regis for 5 days and had the most amazing experience. This restaurant became our second home, eating daily breakfasts and dinners. The menu buffet breakfast was enjoyable, with many options made to oder so they were served fresh. We enjoyed...pancakes, waffles, omelettes, fresh fruits, toast, cereals, noodles and curries. The freshly squeezed gourmet juices were welcomed refreshment following the days we spent in the sun. The service was attentive, friendly and fun. They made a special effort to connect with the children, and our children were sad to leave. Dinner was very nice too, with the beautiful ambience of the landscaped gardens and the views across the bay. The menu was well suited to daily eating and the portion sizes were particularly generous...we occasionally had to share meals so we could squeeze desert in. The children's menu was perfect to suit those fussy eaters. We got to know each of the staff by name. From the passport of one of the children they worked out it was her birthday and surprised us with a birthday cake and small gift. It truely was an amazing experience. Highly recommended.More
