The attendant Nuurul “spelling” was as friendly warm heart as you will ever dine in a public cafe. She makes you want to come back to Starbucks. Thank You 🙏🏼

Not so busy starbucks and a good hangout place if you dont want to wait out. Staff is polite and makes adjustments to ur coffee needs.

Never very busy here. Can sit comfortably in air conditioning. 14RM for latte. Not too bad. Taste same as any other countries.

It was a morning visit to the airport with my family but despite the time of the day, Leyla and Nuurul really makes me feel welcome in the outlet. Coming from an fnb line myself, the service was excellet and am happy to visit the outlet again someday. Leyla and Nuurul are the true gem of the Starbucks family :)

I’m accusing this Starbucks outlet for misleading information. My reason is as follows.
Took a week vacation in pulau langkawi and I enjoyed Starbucks coffee everyday on my trip at this establishment. There is a promotional thing going on and I qualify for it. It’s about spending 80 ringgit in a single receipt and get a gift. As I claim for my gift, they said the date for the promotional period is printing error but yet you display it for the customer to see. The promotion clearly say valid from sept 1st 2019 while stock last. Spend more than 200 ringgit in a single receipt on September 14. When I claimed my gift, they said the promotion actually start from sept 15. The manager don’t even have a nerve to explain this to me instead telling the staff that we can’t do anything about it and it is an error from printing, then why you displayed it for the customer to see? I’m attaching pictures for proof. Thank you Starbucks for treating your customer like this.

The names renowned for great coffee, quick and easy food plus the coffee shop vibe of low key music and people frantically searching the web.
Sadly the last parts in the past five days of religiously calling in for our two lattes, we’ve yet to get WiFi.
Sorry not good enough, is my reaction to the same lame daily excuse of “we have internet problem today”........

I like going Starbucks.... except here.... the slowest and un-organized ever... 15 minutes to have a coffee. They also don’t have care of wasting paper cup for all the customers not taking away

I'm a regular customer of this coffee shop (in Kuah near the jetty), I used to go there ones or 2 times a week.
And I order always the same green tea with steaming milk. I know it is a special request but it is 2 seconds to do.
I was always satisfied with a service but today this lady LINA was very stubborn and made me feel bad.
She prepared the drink in a wrong way and was trying to make me a fool.
I just waste my time and spoiled my mood.
Management please pay attention on her behavior.

We stopped here for lunch after a flight. They have good sandwiches and mac and cheese. Some descent comfort food before heading off to our hotel. The finishes could use upgrading. Prices were not too bad. Of the limited choice of places in this small airport to eat, this ended up being a good spot.

Yes it's a Starbucks. Nice thing about corporate coffee is you can rely consistency just about anywhere ya walk into one worldwide. Airport Starbucks, good coffee, friendly service. My only (and usual) gripe - like many other locations worldwide they wouldn't take pay from Starbucks app. WTF - this is 2017 - can't they figure out the currency exchange? Like usual no credit for rewards, which is the game I think with franchisees. Well it's just another cup of coffee...
