We arrived early for dinner. Not much people around. They have outside and inside sitting. Which ever suit you best. The cafe decoration is simple yet soothing your feeling. Calm and clean wall features inside the cafe. The food is served in a hot plate which maintain to warm your food. The taste is nice. And the food presentation is... More

We arrive early at the restaurant for dinner. You should too if you are planning to try out this restaurant because by the end of our meal the place is jammed pack with people. The ambience is nice warm and inviting. It took awhile for the food to be serve but it is worth the wait. Everything was very tasty.... More

This is one of the most recommended western food restaurant to try out during your visit to Langkawi. With a reasonable price, the food that they serve are outstanding. Food to try from the menu is grilled chicken chop and jai special burger. April 5, 2016 Noor Rahmat

Very nice food. Hygienic from the looks of the kitchen. Taste and value for money is premium. Would be the first restaurant to go if I visit Langkawi again. Try the grilled chicken. :)

I hope I'm not mixing up my restaurants as the name is Uncle Jai's cafe. Assuming it is the same place (near Harroo restaurant) the food was delicious and service fast. We had lemon ginger chicken, beef in blackbean sauce and the usual extras. All were good and priced for a budget. The place is very clean with friendly staff.... More

The cafe got a lot of customers, locals and foreigners. There were five of us. We ordered chicken chop (average), grilled dory (recommended), grilled chicken (recommended), sizzling fried rice (recommended) and sambal sotong (squid sambal-recommended). The seafood was fresh and price was reasonable, total around MYR70 including beverages. Would come back and recommend to other people.

Chanced upon this. It was popular with the locals and the food we saw on the tables looked good. Mega fast service, immaculately clean, massive portions (had a 'small' lemon chicken which could nearly have served two) and very delicious, oh and about 30 per cent cheaper than in the tourist areas in the beach resorts! !
