Food quality here getting worse. Ordered tiga rasa fish. Got sweet sour fish. Kangkung belancan nice. Salted egg silver fish so so. Bamboo shoot with curry is the lousiest. Price reasonable.

Although did call ahead to book a table, half 8pm when we arrived place was already packed.
There wasn't much seafood left, managed a half pretty large jehanak, superbly steamed ginger mashed, large tiger prawn with milky butter sauce, bamboo clams, silver fish salted eggs were very appetising.
Pity no fresh coconut, you would thick in a island.

New Sung Hwa rudimentary decor, very basic. The food is why we come for.
Sambal grilled small trevalle fish (not sure exactly what fish), butter milk gravy tiger prawns, and sambal stir fried sweet potato shoots. Enjoyed each and every one of them.
Kronenbourg 1664 RM 7 per bottle as is Ashahi. This is Labuan duty anyway.

This place is getting more expensive. Came here alone for dinner. 6pm and i'm the only one. When i left, only got 1 table of 7 pax just got there. I had belacan kangkung (RM 8) which is nice. Deep fried silver fish not nice and expensive (RM 38). Totally not worth it.

The seafood is very fresh, well that because this restaurant is just next u the bay. The grill fish here is very good, with the samble on top. The steam prawn is also good. Very view from the restaurant is great also because it just next to the bay. Really nice food and location.

Was on a business dinner with 4 people, amazing jumbo local prawns on the grill, local small lobsters, Vietnamese style fish, rice local veggies as potatoes leaves cooked, all testy with side local very hot sauces as samba!! fish flavor hot sauce, just amazing, very popular in Malaysia in a popular typical noisy ambiance!!! price level mid price for quality products will go again next time...strongly recommend.

Tucked away in a corner away form the main street next to the waterway, this shop house place on the 1st floor has aircond and outdoor dining. A nice place to relax with good taste, variety of malaysian and chinese style cooking and good pricing too. Beer is also available. Should try

Had dinner here with family, when sending my son to UMSKAL for his intake. Food were great and price were very reasonable. Had lunch again the next day before leaving Labuan.

I have never been disappointed here. Be early if you want to have more choices, they do sell out pretty fast.
There's an open coffee shop style seating and an air conditioned dining area.
The dry Yim Kook Satak is great, as us the steamed coral grouper. Pity tonight there was no Sabah veggies, a kind of fern like and typically enjoyed as stir fried chilli Belacan.
Price here is very reasonable.

Great view of the river when dining there,,,got to see nice sunset and rainbow while there, Seafood is fresh and tastefully cooked and reasonable priced especially fishes , crab and crayfish and salmon

A bit far from the main part of town but a 10 minutes walk (with a short stop at One Stop Duty Free for shopping) will take you to this restaurant near the port.
Good variety of fresh seafood is available and cooked for you on the spot with your choice of cooking style.
They don't charge corkage if you bring your own liquor. Prices are also reasonable.
Overall a good seafood restaurant with friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
P/s go early as the good variety of fresh seafood finishes fast.

A very popular seafood joint in Labuan frequented by locals and visitors. Good food, reasonable price and good service. The person David is very helpful and friendly. You choose your seafood from the big tray and they will cook for you. We had prawns, a fish cooked 2 ways : steamed and Asam pesas, cray fish, crab and vegetables. All below RM200.
