In conjunction with SPB YDP AGONG's past visit, too much entertainment I have to arrange. It is most difficult when the menu will be presented to SPB YDP AGONG. However, with hotel employees like Mrs. Margaretha, Mr. Din and Chef Ray, everything has become easy. I do not have to worry about it. Everything was helped by them. I love to communicate with them especially Mrs. Margaretha because she does not mind if I contact her even after the time of duty. The hotel should be proud and give recognition to them because of their amazing service. Congratulations to those three. WELL DONE AND GOOD JOB TO : MDM MARGARETHA, MR NORDIN & CHEF RAY

Pleasantly located at the swimming pool level at the Dorsett hotel, Victoria Brasserie offers a great buffet breakfast, unch and dinner. Great variety, fantastic quality, good service, cofortable seating, just a good place to have a good solid buffet treat.

Recently tried their overly advertised Japanese Buffet. For a price of RM99 per person, customers expects quality ingredients and a variety of Japanese cuisine. Food selection was terrible, especially on their sashimi platter. Customers expecting salmon that night, and many of us returned dissapointed. The chef explained that they are out of salmon stock. How can that be? When you are running a week long Japanese buffet, these should have been planned and managed properly. The refils came in slowly, the grilled unagi was not properly cooked and still have the fishy smell. The quality of the sushi rolls was terrible. For a 4 star hotel restaurant, this is such a poor performance. Noisy kids playing at the kids section. The management should have seated the parent/group of customers with kids nearby instead. This is not he firsg time this placed organised big buffet promotions. Tried their christmas lunch buffet last year, and it was also a dissapointment. What is a christmas lunch buffet without a turkey? The managment should very much consider looking into their poor management of such events if they are going to charge their customer with such prices! We do not demand much, we only demand the quality of food for the price that we paid for!

The quality and service has declined quite dramatically since the first of this year, 2016. Whether that is due to poor management or just the decline in the local economy and reduced capacity at the hotel is unknown but the food and the choices are not at all what they once were. Very disappointing.

Stayed at Dorsett Grand so had daily breakfast at this place and lunch on several occasions. The breakfast includes a great spread of options which is great. The lunch had a smaller spread but the food served was delightful. Was happy dining there for MYR 50 at lunch. Hotel guests get a 30% discount off the bill. Enjoy...

Breakfast open before 6AM, good for early bird and when I take morning flight. However, quality of food is poor and I cannot find food which I want to eat. Even ketchup for omelet does not look fresh. The good ones are fruit, desert, coffee and broad and gorgeous space (remnants of Sheraton..).

Victoria Brasserie is one of my family's favorite restaurant. For dinner, every night has their own buffet theme and you can pick your own favorite theme. You can choose either barbeque, chinese, international buffet and few more. I'd love their chinese cuisine theme because food here is crtified halal.

Visit Victoria's Brasserie numerous times for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner on special occasions. However, my latest visit was such a let down. A friend mentioned how good the seafood bbq night few years back. Unfortunately, crayfish and prawns served were not fresh at all. Squid was okay. the selections of food was okay and luckily desserts were great especially their walnut pie. Celebrating friend's birthday with not so great food is a big no-no for me. All in all, i will never go to their seafood bbq again.
