Someone told me, "You gotta try the Mango Cheesecake from Kula when you're in Kuantan." So taking that advice, off we went to check it out. We weren't disappointed. The Mango Cheesecake was good. And we had a slice of their less sweet Oreo Pavlova. Light and sweetness just right.
We were truly satisfied.

Well known for their mango cheese cake, long queue but worth the wait. They have a good system in handling the crowd. Had their famous mango cheese cake, pavlova and creme brulee, all lived up to their reputation, simply delicious. They have a beautifully decorated sitting area if you would like to enjoy a cuppa coffee with the mango cheese cake.

Just to 'enter' the shop to order the cakes on display, the people around us had to wait more than an hour. Not sure how long the dine in queue would have been but probably longer.
We ordered online and paid with credit card, got our take away within 10 minutes. The online shop had less variety than the actual displayed cakes but we were only aiming for the mango cheese cake.
I enjoyed the sweet somewhat preserved mango and the creaminess of the cheese. A great treat on a hot day.

Went there around 3 pm and was in the q as instructed, two staff was managing the q and a lady in front of us takes her turn. When she walked in, 2 ladies came in and was allowed to cut the q with the reason they need to pay for the friend (who is in front of us) and the 3 person behind us suddenly came to the 2 staff saying they are together and were allowed in as well. It ended up with them ordering for a bunch of people cutting q and it is so frustrating that this uncivilized act was allowed even we question the two staff why they allowed them to cut the q.

Their specialty is mango cheese cakes but they have an array of other cakes from mild to stingingly sweet. Do ask the friendly staff.
They”ran out” of hot drinks and only had the pre-prepared cold drink. Their signature thirst quencher is a tad sweet for me. Its a pity they dont serve tea selection (easy enough to buy the twinings or whatever tea bags) so we may enjoy steaming hot tea with their lovely cakes.
The winner is the ambience beside the shop. A garden setting in shade and foliage. One could see the Teruntum Tower nearby.
Staff is polite enough to caution before you enter that they only take electronic payment. Good move.

I have not seen a day when the queue does not build up at Kula Cakes.
Its easy to see why. The door and walls are full of accolades from popular TV program and even the coveted TA badge.
The cakes are delicious, they have an array of hot and cold drinks. You can take away but its a shame to miss dining under the shady trees between 2 building lots. A must experience.
They observe the C19 policy (face mask and all) and they even have a staff minding the queue.
Caution: They don’t take cash so bring your debit or credit card, T&G, QR pay etc. That keeps the transaction time shorter and safer.

I have bought the signature mango cheesecake, creme brulee, burnt cheesecake and nutella pavlova and I can say all their cakes are super delicious. I drove all the way from puchong to taste their cake in kuantan. Sure will repeat in future.

I have placed my order for Mother's Day cake delivery and delivery time is at 11am. On that day itself, I waited from 11am til 8pm and the cake is not DELIVERED. I am very disappointed with their delivery service and hope they should at least inform me if they can't delivery on time.

Kula Cakes by Lila Wadi is one of the best Mango Cheese Cake, which is their signature cakes.
It was very flavorful filled with mango slices layered onto and pure mango puree for topping up before eating.
I loved it as the cheese and it’s base isn’t too sweet and can never get enough of it!
They have an open courtyard decorated into a garden for dine in.
Must try is you’re a fan of cheese or mango.

Kula Cakes serves the tastiest cakes! And you sit in a lovely shaded outdoor setting that feels like Europe. We ordered three different slices of cake, and each was fabulous. Definitely instagramable if you’re into that kind of thing. The place is such a hit that there is always a line in front of the place. You can order online by finding them on their Instagram page or you can order in the store. The staff are friendly and polite. You can also find their cakes in their cafe/restaurant called Lila Wadi where they serve really good food.

It is my 1st time been here and my 2nd time to buy the cake here. the taste was so amazing. Friendly staff from the front door to the kitchen. This shop got special parking for its own customer. Recommended for whom never tried.

Never let me disappointed with the cakes especially their signature mango cheesecake. Sweet and sour with rich mango taste.i packed a few back to Kuala Lumpur and shared with my family. Service a bit slow due to COVID19 SOP applied. But the shopkeepers are polite and friendly.

we thought it's a cafe with other menus, but no. As it named, they have cakes only. but great cakes! especially the signature mango cheesecake. we bought and brought it all the way to KL and the cake is still in good condition.

Travel from Janda Baik to enjoy Kuantan town.
Finding a cozy cafe to chill and end up here.
The parking was quite hard to get and the line is quite long.
Other than the beautiful decorated place. The food was just ok.

Friendly staff (very much appreciated), long queue but very organized. Their signature mango cheesecake was so-so imo, red velvet was awesome, salted caramel chocolate was my Fav.
