Authentic Ipoh local delicassies. One of the highly rated coffee shops. Always packed with visitors during breakfast and lunch. Nice curry noodles. Ice coffee was very refreshing on a hot day. Char siew Pau and eggtarts are very delicious
This was a Saturday. The place was packed. Que for 15-20minutes on the road side. Seated. Ordered our coffee with eggs on toast from the server. Egg tarts and hakka nudles were ordered separately. Good meal
The original home of ipoh white coffee. Also of note is the yong tau foo with the special homemade fishballs. When ordering the char kuey teow, ensure the food delivered is your order and not someone elses if you dont fancy an unexpected kerang surprise....We were seated at the back lane shop as main one was crowded. Good social distancing maintained.More
I went there with my fiance by the recommendation of my friend nearly to 8.30 and the place is already full so we made a choice of taking away . We had one white coffee and one tea with char siew bun and egg tarts,...they were so delicious, so mouth watering. The ambience was so fresh and we feel so good about it. Its a good stop for coffee lovers.More
I was here for lunch. It was very crowded and quite difficult to get a seat, you have to be willing to share table with other patrons, especially if you are alone or only with one or two friends. It was worth trying, though, the iced...white coffee was so good and unbelievably cheap, and char kway teow was also okay, with spicy char taste and scrumptious pieces of prawns sold at very reasonable price. You can have some dessert (a kind of pudding or pie) as well. Service was relatively good, considering the ever busy restaurant.More
