Compared to other menus, the lunch menu is much cheaper and worth it. They have the same lunch menu in the weekends too! We had unagi don set and tempura-and-sashimi set. The unagi is thick-cut and flavorful, while the tempuras were nicely done.

Food is quite good and fresh, price not too steep considering it is situated in a 5 star hotel. BUT, service very very very slow. We gave up after 2 dishes and went oo another restaurant to complete our meal. Hope it will improve, will try again next trip.

Situated on level one of the G Hotel, Miraku was a pleasant evening dining experience. The many staff were friendly, polite and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. My favourite part of the evening was choosing the fish I wanted for my sashimi and watching the chef prepare it in front me. Without a doubt, I had the best... More

The quality of the food has dropped compared to when Miraku first opened. While the price is average, one would expect at least the quality of the standard sashimi like maguro, salmon be maintained. It's a shame as I used to love this restaurant!

There are plenty of chain Japanese restaurants around town and cheaper but the freshness of produce especially the shashimi is outstanding. It's located on the 1st floor of the G Hotel. Some other favourites are the Dragon boat sushi, tempura veges and the teriyaki chicken. Atmosphere allows for all types of occasions, friends, family or special for couples. The staff... More

Contrary to several other Japanese restaurants in the Gunrey area everything is made fresh on the spot. It's great to sit at the counter and watch the chefs preparing the food, if asked the love to explain about what they are making. There is a cabinet with lots of name labeled bottles of sake and shochu so it likes like... More

In short, the premium stuff is now gone or portion controlled: 1) No more true negitoro--the Temaki are still made to order, but order a Negitoro Temaki and you end up with a minced maguro instead (sob). 2) Less Premium Selection in Sashimi Boat--No more: Hokigai (Pink-White Arch Clam) Maguro (Raw lean tuna) Ika (Raw Squid) My favorite thing to... at the Miraku Restaurant at G Hotel. The food was average, but the service is excellent. The price is not too high for a Restaurant, but we find at Sushi King a better selection and the prices are lower and also the quality is even better. The only difference is the nice atmosphere.

The restaurant is on the first floor of the G hotel .. it is decorated in the conventional wooden tables and shares often found in Japanese restaurants. There are 4/5 booth with padded benches which are a little more comfortable. The food is authentic and fresh and the quality is excellent.. there is a good selection of Sushi and Sashimi... More

My friend and I used to love this place for our lunch gathering. We love the ala-carte menu for lunch. However, during our reason visit, we tried their Japanese buffet lunch. Although there were many choices on the buffet table, I found that the food quality was not there. Despite this, their ice-cream was good. We arrived about 12 noon... More
