Great cuts but not well done

7 of us went for dinner. Chose our steaks and how it was to be done. Selection process was good. Steaks came cold as they waited to finish cooking all before serving it together. As steaks were thin and plates were not heated it became cold when it reached us. Steak also tasted blend without the sauce as I feel it was not cooked with salt and pepper. Wagyu cuts were not cheap and felt it was wasted the way it was done. The rest of the side dishes we ordered were ok and reasonably priced.

Pick your own steak, for a lot of money

Went for dinner here, had burgers and steak. If you order steak it's priced per 100g, and you can go and pick the cut you want, which feels very fancy. Angus steaks were very nice, as was the burger. Service was excellent as well, the interior is a bit oddly disjointed however. And it's pretty expensive for Malaysian standards.

Great place for steak lovers

We had a fastastic dinner. A minor hickup was that the main course arrived whilst the starter never came. The waiter apologised and a drink was offered for free. My wife had pistacho-crusted salmon fillet on mashed potatoes, where I had a sirloin steak, cooked to perfection. To finish we shared a fine creme brulé. The price is very reasonable.

Salty food and bad service

Temperature in the restaurant was too cold. The service was not very good at all. The starter (broccoli fritters) was nice. The main dish (nasi) took 50 minutes after the starter and they asked after 30 minutes waiting of that was what we had ordered. It was supposed to be beef with nasi, but the beef was way too salty. It was basically disgusting. Never had such a bad meal and bad service in Malaysia!!!

Amazing Steakhouse

The steak is well marinated. I strongly recommend this place. I also tried Peri Peri Chicken which is also amazing. I will definitely repeat this place again. The atmosphere is great, cool and spacious. Toilet is clean and well maintained. The only comment is Cream Brulee not the best that I ever had before, can be improved. The staff well respect the customer...well done!

What a great experience ……just that little bit different….select your own steak and meat cuts…..such a brilliant selection The t bone steak was simply delicious ….juicy flavoursome and cooked to perfection by Chef Saufi ……as was the 1/2 spring chicken …..both Simply The Best ……as is Chef Saufi ……(and his team working so hard behind the scene) And black pepper sauce to accompany ……can highly recommend that too ……that little extra touch Tiramisu gateau to finish off …..coated in nut brittle topping …..simply WOW Our thanks to go to Wen …..for food recommendations ….he was so helpful and pleasant …..and helped to make our dining experience simply perfect Thanks too must go to .Yena …..front of house ….such a capable and welcoming young lady …..a tremendous asset to Me’nate Georgetown Penang Ginny&Terry 15/02/2024

Fun family lunch

Love, love, love the wagyu. And surprisingly the creamy salted egg pasta was superb! The ribs were succulent and finger licking good. Will definitely come again, and again.

Worst Steak Experience... Ever

They are a Sub-Standard and Dishonest Company. I went there with my managers with the intention of enjoying a small company celebration. The Manager who greeted us immediately and dishonestly pushed us towards the selection freezer and refused to show us the menu, saying that we had to choose our dinner from the Freezer before we could look at the menu which was 'just for side dish orders...' He strongly recommended the MYR 800.00 Tomahawk Steak Cut... We however selected cheaper cuts, MYR 500, Myr 230, MYR 190 and MYR 160 respectively. They then provided us with steak that was cut up and undercooked , dry and tough... and the lamb ribs were under-done and soggy and drowning in their own fat... To our disgust, their menu had a-la carte steak selections which seemed more reasonable in cost and did not come (in the pictures at least) decimated beyond recognition. They did not even have any form of mustard and their mushroom sauce was made out of some sugar solution... And when we asked for mint sauce for our lamb ribs, the waiter blinked idiotically at us... The Waiters and Waitresses demonstrated no product knowledge whatsoever beyond their sweet syrup drinks. They did not even tell us we had to self serve until the steaks came some 20 minutes after being seated As an International Traveller and Entrepreneur, this was the Worst Steak Meal I have ever encountered in my whole life with insult added to injury and compounded by the dishonesty of the Manager who Received us.... Even the Hawker Centre Steak Shops provide you with more customer satisfaction and better service.... For that whole pejorative experience, I still had to fork out MYR 1166.00 .... and that was with us exercising control not to over-order! Shame Shame Shame! You Guys Need to Seriously review your Honesty and Morality! Renowned Chef Gordon Ramsey would shut you down in an instant! Just for the record, the Decor matched the overall experience... over-sold and highly over-valued beyond its actual worth. To be avoided at all costs until they clean up their ac
