It was probably always going to be hard for a place in the food capital of Malaysia to live up to the hype of being the most original and good. Sure, the ambiance is excellent; however, the wine list is poor for a fine dining establishment. The entrees were good-ish and desert very good (especially the pandam brulee), but the... More

Yum yum yum!, started with entre - otak2x to die for, main prawn curry and vegetable stir fry, end with best desert pandan creme brûlée. Service were great throughout. Located at the 7 terrace hotel. Nothing to fault, Highly recommended, affordable 4 course set menu with fusion (Malay-Chinese) dishes. Tip: book first before you come.

This is a beautiful restaurant that serves equally fantastic food. We went as a foursome and choose a variety of different dishes and desserts. Every single dish was presented beautifully and were delicious. The price is very good for the very high standard of cuisine and gorgeous setting. Highly recommended and better as a group to share all the various... More

Restaurant is in the beautiful seven terraces boutique hotel. Dining room is charming and has been renovated to a high standard, making for a great setting. Food is equally good and whilst expensive compared to elsewhere we felt made for a pleasant evening in George Town. Service was excellent. Staff polite and not to intrusive when asking about food.

It's top scale restaurant but you should definitely go there to try local delicacy. They have pre-fix menu with a lot of varieties. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpfull and the whole venue is very nice. Great place to celebrate your vacations in Malaysia!

Booked one day ahead for a Thursday night. Arrived about 15 minutes early and had a well made Whisky Sour in the bar area. It took a while to be asked to be seated at my table - I was the first one to arrive at the restaurant, but by the time I was seated there were others already seated... More

We decided to splurge ad try their tasting menu. So glad we did. And then when the pianist played happy birthday, it was a great extra touch. Wonderful staff (that knew when to insert a well placed joke) and delicious food. Definitely a night to remember.

Fortunately, we've booked the table. The restaurant is so packed even in Wednesday night! We came in pair so we have to order two sets. For the starter we order Otak Otak❤️ (a fish pie w/ a red curry dipping sauce, which taste like Thai Panang). The others is Mieng Kham w/ Salmon Roe, which we kind like the original... More
