Located at one of the most happening night spots in Penang. This is a bar worth a visit if you are a fan of cocktails and cigars. Not to say, they serve the BEST Guinness Stout in town too! They serve good food as well, if you are hungry after a few drinks!

Lively and packed on a Saturday night. They have a cigar bar /counter too.
Casual, no need for chi chi bar attire.
Had the Like Sekeping ( chilli infused tequila, triple sec ... RM36) at the bar staff's recommendation. It was not bad. I like my cocktails bitter or sour instead of sweet. Like Sekeping would've been great if it was less sweet but it passed; refreshing tipple. Ended Mish Mash with a Negroni. Nicely buzzed.
Went to two more cocktail bars the following night but enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks at Mish Mash most.
Was headed for supper (local eats) and came from dinner so didn't get to try their interesting-sounding menu.
See you Mish Mash when I'm back in Penang again.
p.s. Still not sure if they close Sunday nights too cos the bar staff said they reopen Tuesday but google showed that they were opened Sunday but not Monday.

Quite a cosy place. Ordered a plate of roast pork and was presented with a plate of dried and hard crusted dish which looked like overly done re-fried pork. Complained and was give another portion which looked more palatable. What irks us was why were we served that horrific plate of pork in the 1st place. Felt scammed. Not to mentioned the place was so smoky with cigars and ciggies. Won’t be back for sure.

I had 2 Guinness and left …..
I didn’t find anything bad about this place neither great. The staff was polite and welcoming, the place is clean and neat, somehow I didn’t vibe.

Drinks are alright but didn’t find them outstanding. Junglebird is worth second order actually.
Not so much of service besides just getting the drinks served as they are really busy.. Took almost 20 mins to get the drink.. can’t do much since they are so busy..
Didn’t like the fact smoking is welcomed in the bar - even when you’re seated at non smoking you will still smell of smoke.
Ambience is like some backpackers bar so it’s not a place I would stay for more than one drink as it’s not comfortable.

We really loved spending time at Mish Mash. They have a great ambience and perfect to grab a drink or catch up on sports at. We tried their salted egg prawns though which were really bad so we may not recommend it for food. But of course we can't speak for the entire menu

This place primarily good for its selection of cocktails. Not many selection but unique and real good. Beers are limited with European bottle beers only. Only 2 draft beers available, kampachi and Guinness. Nice environment. Food is good, Asian fusion like with western touch.

Awesome place with great music. The decor and atmosphere was pumping! Great place to hang out on a Friday-Saturday night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cocktails were unique, food menu was awesome as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

There is no fake door or gimmicky decor here. Just a nice casual environment with attentive wait staff serving amazing cocktails. The cocktails are creative and perfectly balanced, using the freshest ingredients. No loud music here. It's a perfect place for conversation, friends, and delicious cocktails.

We came here for drinks only. It was pretty empty on Wednesday at 6pm. The decor was cute but nothing to write home about. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant with a roped off non-smoking section that somehow the smoke knew not to enter. Just kidding, it still smelled of smoke.
The drinks were good, not quite San Francisco prices but close. Beer selection is abysmal, but so is the rest of George Town it seems.
