The village style restaurant is way off from the city but it offers fresh delicious seafood, affordable prices, quiet surroundings, flocks of migratory white egret birds gatering on trees to rest in the evening, and the village style environment. Dishes are served in canteen style using plastic plates & bowls. Stop by the many stores serving coconut pudding, fresh coconuts,... More

This was hands down the best prawns I've ever had. Try the butter prawns and the black pepper prawns. It is very reasonably priced. Servers bring your drinks, but you go over to the seafood to order. The crab was great as well. Highly recommend. Not fancy at all, but great food!

While ordering, the owner was back facing the seafood and vege, whatever u have selected in the tank, the owner simply ignored us when we point her to those items we have chosen. Ordered a large fresh crab ended up taste like dead one. Ordered one type of veg turned out to be another type and overdone, it was so... More

I just came back from salut seafood. It was horrible. Dont ever go there. 1. Its terribly far off. Not in kk as in the map. Way off to search for horrible food. 2. Eerie to travel in the night 3. Service is disorganised. My order for steam fish was missed for 1 hour and nobody came to alert us... More

Very nice but a bit pricey. Looks like a kelong seafood area. Not bad. Ordered siakap asam Manis, kailan oyster sos and butter prawns.

We came at night so didn't get to see how nice the entire restaurant (outdoor/fish farm) The food is good and fresh, just that our fish dish took a longer to be served and slightly pricey. Overall good and worth trying.

We had lunch there on 10 May 2016. The road going in from the main road was gravel and we have to pass through the prawn farm. Typical for wooden building near the seaside, it looks a bit rundown from the outside. Seating places were basic but the view was great. We elected to sit at the end near the... More

I will go for this seafood restaurant anytime, given the choice of the one nearby in Salut area. Though not as plush looking from outside, and the table setting is just like a coffee-shop look, the dishes are extremely satisfying. This place is a case of 'Don't judge the book by its cover!'

For two of us, the squid was poorly cooked in gooey lumps of tasteless batter; the bitter gourd with salted egg took 42 minutes to arrive after ordering and was a massive plateful of also poorly cooked veg with too much oil and too much water and not enough egg. Perhaps the main thing is : eat in a group... More
