The food was excellent. We had the tenderloin steak, seafood risotto and caesar salad. The steak was nicely done, not overcooked, and the caesar salad sauce was one of the best I have tasted in Kuching. Service was excellent, we got our food quickly. And...for dessert, we had the lava cake which was yummy. Not too sweet. They serve Sarawak's craft beer 1602 pale ale here. Price wise, of course it is an expensive meal, but worth it on special occasions.More
Just a quiet night. Out for a walk and a meal with my son. Great food, nice atmosphere. My son had the wagyu and he said it was one of the best he's had.
Love Love Love their Pork Paella! Best paella I’ve ever eaten tbh 🤣 I could say the best western food in Kch! Moreover, they serve Iberico Ham as I’m a big big fan of it, however it’ll be tastier if it’s served w/ fresh honeydews...thou! 🤭 Their service staff are friendly & helpful. We travel regularly to Catalonia France and Spain so were a bit dubious about hearing recommendations for Zinc Restaurant which specializes in dished from that area. Nothing to worry about, the Paella and the Iberico ham starter for our first visit were superb. The service...was perfect, particularly from the son of the owners who went out of his was to provide me with a contact for the suppliers of the ham. We returned for a second visit which was equally good with lamb shank and chocolate lava cake, shortly before leaving Kuching. Not cheap but good value and wine list resonable. No hesitation in giving this top recommendation and will return again if we go back to Kuching sorry for the late reviewMore

Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my dining experience. My barramundi was cooked just right and quite delicious. Save room for dessert...you won't be disappointed.
Hi there, We enjoyed our dinner very much. Nice ambience, good service and friendly staff. The lamb shank, beef tenderloin and barramundi were cooked very well. Meat and fish are juicy, tender and delicious. The pasta was as good but would prefer it to be...cooked a little bit more.The calamares is a must have as a starter or side dish. Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside👍 Mushroom soup and garlic bread…delicious 😋 Would definitely go back for a nice western meal.More

We absolutely loved our meal here. We’ve been travelling asia for a few weeks now and this was one of the best meals we’ve had to date. The bread is so fresh and the ham croquettes so tasty. We also shared the pork paella which...was one of the best we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a lot!) The pork is cooked very well. To top it off the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The food was excellent and the drinks were absolutely value for money. Staff were extremely attentive and efficient, and the bartender is an absolute legend -- drinks were STRONG. Definitely recommend Zinc for a great dinner and post-dinner drinks, and here's a pro tip: order...a tray of lemon drop shots. 😉More

Had 5 courses from the starter menu and a dessert. Jason iberico, salmon cerviche, foie gras, oysters and Spanish anchovies. Dessert was rum infuse pudding. Can match any fine dining restaurants.
My wife and daughter had a fabulous dinner at Zinc. My daughter loved the carpaccio of beef and Jamon Iberico- her absolute favourite food. The service was attentive and the ambiance great. The meal was a fantastic way to end a lovely day of sightseeing....We would definitely recommend Zinc to anyone 👍More
