What a find!

It was a Saturday night, & my wife & I were looking for some good food but concerned that we couldn’t get a place at such late notice. Came across Two Hands on TripAdvisor. Called & were surprised to get a reservation. Arrived & it was just the 2 of us! Trusting the reviews, we went in anyway & were very happy that we did. It turns out that they are busy at lunches on weekdays because of the office crowd. But quieter on the weekends. We were so tempted by the Tomahawk steak (RM488) but it was 800g of meat without the bone! We will have to bring 4 of us to demolish that the next time. Instead we shared the Parmesan Cauliflower stater (RM22) & the 4-hour Beef Short Ribs (RM110) & I had a glass of Australian Shiraz which was on promotion (RM20). The cauliflower batter was light & crunchy & the seasoning was just right. The short ribs melted in our mouths, & the barbecue sauce was delicate & flavourful, without being overpowering. For big eaters, the ribs sat on a generous portion of mash potatoes. Definitely worth coming back to try all their other dishes. Next time with some friends, so we can “tackle” more food!

This restaurant is located on the Lower ground of Qliq D'sara. You can park by the street in the evening and just less than a minute walk to the restaurant if you want to avoid the 10-15 mins walk and search from the basement parking (parking fee is very cheap btw). The restaurant doesn't really look flashly from the outside but you'll be surprised when you enter the restaurant as it's cozy mostly wood element and their service is outstanding. The restaurant provides both indoor and al fresco dinning. The Captain, Mr Cedrick who hails from Mauritius really knows his stuffs about the menu which makes it all the better for you to choose your meal and also some personalised tip on Mauritius if you're planning a trip... The Main dish, Grilled Chicken and the Roasted Lamd was superb and quite a big portion good to share. Totally recommend these dishes Selection of wines are good and they had a promo that I paid about RM70+ after discount for a bottle of Italian white wine. Overall, a fantastic experience

Ordered the chicken taco and salmon pasta to share. Food was okay but the place outside was beautiful. Filled with plants and fresh looking. There werent that many people for dinner but i like it that way. Nice and quiet.

I must say, I was not very impressed with the immediate service, the lady was speaking so softly and was mumbling the whole time. I was not impressed! I left my family to order and not get involved. Food is not bad, service 7/10. Cost a little more than ‘joe’ down the road! But beer costs less though! Only on the way home, my daughter told us, the lady arranged for us to be seated at the high table, but a bunch of youngsters - insisted on taking the place! 🤨 young people these days just have no respect for authority. Proprietor say no means no!!! Thank you to the floor manager for trying to help. You did try your best, appreciate your help.

Ambience is good, all the dishes we had, was deliciously good. Friendly & attentive staff. Plenty of parking space in the car park. Will come back for their signature angus beef.

Scrumtuously Delicious Food!

Two Hands Restaurant is my favourite place to be... every other day! The ambience is very romantic and interior deco very sophisticated. The chef has created a wide array of delicious dishes to offer satisfaction to each individual taste buds. My favourite is the Smoked Salmon Asparagus Linguini, Silky Scrabbled on toast and Black Angus Tomahawk. The cocktails are uniquely crafted, my fav is the Jack Jean Paul. I will definitely recommend this restairant.

The ambiance and food

Great ambiance with good food! Loved the starters which is the cauliflower and calamari, gives the mixed flavours. The most of all, the lamb meatballs, perfectly done. Definitely a place to chill out with family and friends.

Future Michelin star chef in the making !!!

Chef Vic's motto of "Simplicity in ingredients, yet complexity in flavour" is present all over his thoughtful menu. From the beautiful breakfast course, to affordable yet satisfying lunch choice to his dinner selection and wide range of innovative cocktails Two Hands is one of those rare restaurants that understands and implements diners choice. I read about the review of others saying that the price is on the steep side but to put it in a simple words; it's worth to pay for the good food that is made of passion. That and the restaurant's ambience with jazz music in the background, this is the place to be for family and friends. I have visited the restaurant half a dozen times, and every time I dine here, it's a memorable experience. Smoked Salmon Fettuccine with Asparagus, Lamb Meatball Buccatini, Lamb Rack with herbs and the Apple Walnut Salad are one of those dishes that you look forward to once you have a fair share of yours. Restaurant's signature Tomahawk ribeye steak is something you should definitely try. And Chef Vic makes the ribeye experience somewhat special by explaining the myriad of butter selections that come with it. Highly recommended, enough said !!!
