Went there for a Sunday lunch with the family. For a “Seafood” restaurant, the also serve a rather mean “turf” selection. Especially love the pork rib. It was yummy. One unique characteristic of this restaurant is that you can bring your own fish and the...will prepare it according to your requirements. All this for a very reasonable charge of RM 45. The crab for me was a bit of a disappointment. Cooked in butter sauce, it lacked the punch that I am use to. Then again, that is my POV. The others throughly enjoyed it. Service was average and the ambience of the restaurant acceptable. Will I go back again? Mmmmm, for me, the jury is still out.More

Decided to write this newest review since my last one (rated them low due to poor service by a female captain) in 2019. We went there for dinner with relatives. Manager Alex is awesome 👍🏻 He was very good in suggesting dishes and we had...a great time. The food is good just like all the other times we went to before MCO. We waited a bit but we're okay. Alex apologized it took a while for the food to arrive due to lack of staffs and the place was packed with customers. We told him we understood and we're ok. After all, we witnessed there was customer took out on them for slow. Sigh....buddy, just go somewhere else if you know you can't wait and will lose temper. A bit more tolerance from everyone will make the world a better place eh?More

A lot of Banglas working but not effective. Banglas are not able to take order. Food portion is small and not getting value for money. Even the rice bowl is big but the portion of rice served is 60% of the size of the bowl....The taste is nothing to shout about. For this price and taste, better go next door to Lalachong to get better value and taste.More

We went for Dim Sum lunch - they have this other brand called 'Elite Dim Sum'. Nothing Elite about it. I rang just after 11:00am to check for a lunch booking - and was told there was no need for one. Just come along at...12 noon. Which we did and then I am in a fuss with a staff member because I don't have a booking. Anyway we got a table - waited until it was cleaned and then waited for crockery etc and then waited for tea. Then 25 minutes later I had to go chase a menu and ask about placing an order. Hard work. They said it was a rush but this place always is busy so why is a rush a surprise. Dim sum arrived - and not too warm; the fried turnip cake with beansprouts was certainly bot fresh from the wok.And the chee chung fan - only just warm. And the worst xi long bao ever - tough outer wrapper and the inside gravy - where was it ?? Poor - i keep saying I won't go back to Pantai Seafood. That is now my New Year resolution!! For sure.More

Very good variety of seafood at a great price, always consistent and great value. The have karaoke rooms for groups with a minimum spend of RM500 which is fine as we always spend more that. Great place for family gatherings especially the private rooms if...you have kids. Tends to be packed on weekends so make a reservation.More

This was a recommended restaurant & we were not at all disappointed. The deep fried crab with salted egg yolk & deep fried fish were simply superb. Service was pretty good. By Aussie standard, the bill was very cheap. Personally, the dishes were outstanding.

This is a branch of Unique Seafood. We had various dishes that made up a 10 course meal. There was a 4-item starter, soup, steamed garoupa, steamed chicken, breaded prawns, sea cucumber, veg and dessert. Certain dishes seemed a little salty, possibly MSG? Overall, an...ok meal, nothing special, didn’t seem up to the original Unique Seafood standard.More

Fresh seafood that's value for money. Portions are a little small though. Ironically, my favorite dish for the night is the curry chicken bread! Fluffy bread wrapped curry chicken that's deep fried, giving it a crisp coat yet soft bread which you use to dip...into the curry. Wished there's more bread for the curry though. I also wished their service staff are as observant and prompt as the beer lady. Nonetheless, for the price they charge, I would certainly return!More

over the last few months we have been holding family gathering dinners there. The vegetables dishes are nicely cook, my favourite Mongolian chicken which required advanced booking is no longer good as the chicken parts are no longer quality parts though curry and bread still...very tasty. The best feature of the restaurant is the display of wide range of seafood from different countries with price tag, customer can decide to pick by appearance, size , price and species and decide on method of cooking. The price of fish here is competitive. The restaurant is big but due to large number of customer, it is advised to book first.More
