If you want authentic Italian pizzas, this is the place. Love their La Mia pizza (half & half pizzas) & the Tiramisu cake. Chef Enzo is very friendly & generous in his ingredients. Definitely will be my favorite place to dine for Italian food.

The food is just simply delicious at Verona Trattoria, Petaling Jaya. Dining here for few times already within these few months for both lunch and dinner. Love their food, great pizza and pasta selection, tasty choice of soup and appetizer, love their coffee with good...dessert (on top of other desserts, I never fail to order their Tiramisu) and wine too. They have good selection of italian wine and whiskey. I like the restaurant ambience, with unique choice of colors and paintings too. Chef Enzo, an italian, who is the owner, is a friendly humorous guy. He has great knowledge of wine and whiskey. Their service is good too.More
We tried 2 types of pizza here and some aglio olio pasta. Love the mushroom soup with truffle. The cesar salad was lovely too with very fresh salad leaves. The shelves of wines on display was very nice. There was only one lady staff serving...all customers and she did a great job, was friendly and nice. Would like to come back to try other items next time.More
This restaurant was highly recommended so we gave it a try one evening. The ambience and deco is European and the menu very much Italian. There are many wine around so we opted for a glass at RMY30. We did not have much wine but...very tasty. We would have needed water to compensate but the little amount of wine but the water tasty so horrible that we left it. It had lemon slice in it but that did not help hiding the chlorine. The chef does not drink water for sure cause there is no way it would serve it. The food was delicious. My pizza had quality ham and generous parmesan. It cost 60. But worth it. The special was also very good.(RMY50) The meat was cooked perfectly. The portion was right. For the food I would return but we ended up paying another 16% on top of our order. That made this meal our most expensive meal so far. We dined in 5 stars buffet and very glamorous place. This is not. This extra taxe kicks this place out of our list of regular. The service was friendly but the chef was around and did not come to talk to us to ask what we think of the food or the wine. I kind of expect the chef to ask for feedback. I summarise: 1. Great food 2. Disgusting water 3. Good but expensive wine 4. 16% tax 5. Service OkMore
Hello im so sorry for the water expereince we will check with the goverment with water colusre and start please next time i would appreciate if u can call me over and tell me on the night .tq for support
Definitely one of my favourite restaurants to dine at when it comes to great, authentic, Italian food. Flavours are spot-on and prices are reasonable; their pork produce is excellent - a must try!
Came for family dinner, very friendly and accommodating. Lots of pork dish choices! Pizza only come in large, which is designed to be shared
The food here is really nothing special and not specially great. Pizza was served slightly lukewarm instead of straight from the oven. But I have to admit the meatball pasta is very good! The best item I’ve had by far. This place is to serve...the neighbourhood and for those who wants a quiet evening. I thought we could compromise food quality for peace.More
Regardless what other people say, Chef Enzo is one of my favourite chefs when it comes to Italian food. Italian food is my second or third most consumed food after Chinese and/or Japanese. Although I have many Italian restaurants in my list, Verona Trattoria is...one that I don't have to list down because I will automatically think of it when I'm craving for something nice. One of those restaurants that serve pork, I find myself coming here on regular basis. On top of that, corkage is reasonably priced at RM25 so I'd bring a bottle whenever I come here. In this case, a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and Segura Viudas Reserva Brut for the occasion. Most of the time (or was it all?) He would be here to supervise the team so that all his customers get the attention they deserve. At times he would walk around asking about the food. ◾mozzarella fritta is deep fried breaded Italian mozzarella cheese - one of the best there is.. compared to the regular deep fried mozzarella stick out there. ◾pizza quattro formaggi - couldn't find fault as I love it.. although the kids didn't like the blue cheese ◾ Italian Parma ham served with honeydew melon - I like the fact that they were quite thick and the extra virgin olive oil + herbs added flavour to the cured meat. ◾special - Italian pork fillet in truffle mushroom sauce and served with baby chat potato & vegetables; plus breaded pork chop covered with tomato based sauce and served with potato wedges & vegetable. Special menu changed in monthly basis.. part of the reasons why I come back here from time to time. ◾arborio rice served with gorgonzola cheese and pork bacon - now this is probably the main reason why I love coming here. Ever since my first time eating this risotto, I'd fallen in love with the texture and the taste ◾Italian soup with mixed seafood in tomato based broth - they didn't skimp on the seafood but still I prefer La Risata's. ◾Braised lamb shank - nicely done and instead of the tomato based sauce, they used brown sauce which was equally delicious and all left was the bone in the end. He actually owns a wine place at the back row of his restaurant so you actually can purchase a bottle there and bring to the restaurant and drink free of charge. Or else, just ask for his recommendation and give him a budget so he can take one for you instead.More
By chance to try this restaurant with my friends. It's located just around the housing area of section 17. This restaurant just behind my favourite Bakery shop, Touche though. On the November 2019, they have something new on menu. I had a good time here...with the boss, an Italian and chef by himself, Enzo. He was here for 28 years, that is amazing. He brought all wines from his country, Italy to here. He even own a wines shop just row behind this restaurant. I love the the starter, Eggplants then Mushrooms Risotto, and Pesto Spaghetti. Just nice. Definitely not completed yet without dessert. We had the Vanilla Panna Cotta by Chef Enzo own recipes with chocolate ice cream. I must say amazing as tasted just fine. 😍😍😍 Definitely back for other dishes.... Another amazing thing here is the owner chef, Enzo is touring people to his hometown, Tuscany each year's twice. By his personalized itinerary with food and wines. We'll done!!!More
Good food. Consistent. The pizza was good. Meat ball pasta tasty. Lamb rack tasty but small pieces. Fried mozzarella yummy. Beef ravioli also very good. Nice selection of desserts. Sticky date pudding was good. Service and food good. Prices a bit on the high side
