The food here are very average and not worth it. For the food quality your get here, the prices are high and for the prices you pay here, you would expect much better quality food. Overall its ok to try once, but not worth the...2nd trip.More
First time visited Paradise Dynasty last week even though frequent visit to Paradigm Mall. Was very impressed with the service and the staffs distribution across the entire restaurant. The staffs are always there whenever you need them. The ambient is nice and air-conditioner is very...strong. Bring your cardigan or jacket if you don’t like strong air-con.
Food are delicious. We ordered Steamed Original Xiao Long Bao, Yang Zhou Fried Rice & Stir-Fried Hong Kong Spinach with Minced Garlic. As this is first time for us to try their Xiao Long Bao, we go for the original one. They actually do have many variaty of flavor to try, such as Szechuan, Ginseng, Black Truffle, Cheesy, Garlic, Crab Roe & Foie Gras. Quantity comes with 6pcs or 10pcs. Skin thickness of Xiao Long Bao is just right, not too thick or too thin. Once you bite it, the soup inside the Xiao Long Bao will flow out. It really taste great! I definitely will order again next time. While for fried rice, must eat with their sambal. I love sambal 😃 For the veggies, it taste good too. Overall, I satisfied with Paradise Dynasty at Paradigm Mall. Will visit again soon.More
The place was quite nosiy and service was so so. We tried the original and crab roe Xiao Long Baos and they were not as flavorful as other well known restaurants. The meat filling in the steamed Tianjin Bun was still cold as the cooked...buns were not being reheated enough. La Mian with Scallion did not offer the right scallion flavor as it should be and dired shrip was missing.Pan fried Shanghai Pork Bun was OK. Was quite disappointed with the food quality though the restaurant is managed by a well know group from Singapore with more than 30 restaurants in Singapore and 60 restaurants worldwide.More
I have a certain food allergy that requires some accommodations to certain menus. When a chef thinks you are trying to take advantage and save some money, that’s probably inside his/her head, and it indicates what kind of people they are used to. I never...had this problem at Paradise Dynasty restaurants in Singapore or Bangsar Village. If you want to eat from this chain. Try a different store, where decisions are made by a cook, not a crook.More
The xiao long baos in Paradise Dynasty were absolutely superb. I came to PJ with my young family for a holiday from Australia. Their baos are one of the top baos I've had in Malaysia (I've been to several restaurants over the years).
It is...one of the to-go places to eat if you're in PJ. Their noodles are yummy too.More
My first time at a paradise dynasty outlet - we were hungry and after good quality chinese food.
The first thing that always pisses me off is when these restaurants plonk down appetisers without asking and then charge you. This is bad practice. Same goes...for the wet towels. At the prices the restaurant charges, these should have been incorporated without having to tax the diner.
The standard XLB, fried pork chops and egg fried rice were excellent. The la mian didn't quite have the right texture, I much prefer the version at DTF or Dragon-I.
Overall the prices were on the high end and combined with some average dishes and additional charges means that I am unlikely to return to any of these outlets.More
