Two of main dishes came before starters, two other dishes have to be reminded trice to the staff (soup and canelloni), and arrived finally after 1 h from the order. There were only 5 tables busy, less than 30% of the restaurant. Imagine to finish...yourself and watch your hungry kid saying: “they forgot about my food”. Service is simply bad.More

The place is casual and trendy. Service is good. The menu is extensive for both food and drinks. I ordered a lamb pasta olio olio and my spouse ordered fish and chips. The pasta was very tasty and served Al dente. The lamb meat was...over cooked though. The fish and chips turned out to be fish and fries. The fries were a bit overdone. The fish was ok. I guess it’s ok to try this restaurant again after some time.More

When we were at the entrance of the restaurant, one of the staff told us to wait for 2 minutes although there was an empty table ready to be seated. After waiting for more than that, that staff did not get back to us. We...had to ask another staff and the staff brought us to that empty table. The lasagne with lamb and spinach was lack of seasoning. Hence, I tried to call for a waiter to request for salt and pepper. A waiter clearly saw my hand raised but he just walked away. After a while, another waiter passed by our table and my friend requested for salt and pepper. The waiter heard what he said, but just walked away without any acknowledgement and did not come back to our table. Such rude treatment is really shocking in the food service industry. I had a really unpleasant experience in this restaurant. The management needs to do something about the rude and poor service quality here.More

It’s not the first time I patronized this restaurant, was looking for an Italian flair and my search results reminded me of it so decided upon it for a pre-Valentine dinner. There were some hits and misses, and unfortunately there are some room for improvements....My online reservation was not registered on their reservation book, not a big issue since there were plenty of tables available. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite chic, with dark overtones and some semblance of greeneries, yet brightly lit. There are sofa seats and dining tables in the restaurant, however, some of the dining tables are placed a little too close to each other, as some discerning diners would prefer a little bit more privacy than rubbing shoulders with the person sitting on the adjacent table. The service timing needs to be better synchronized. We got our first entrée to begin with, then followed by the second entrée and the first main at the same time 5 minutes later. The second main arrived some 10 minutes after that, then almost another 15 minutes passed until our final main was handed to us. It wasn’t like the restaurant was full with patrons, so it is surely an area the kitchen crew can work on. The food was, well… above average I guess. The Mozzarella Corrozza was hearty, with sandwich that were crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside and paired with a tasty tomato salsa… an appetizer best shared otherwise you wouldn’t be able to stomach anything else. The pumpkin soup was decent, and the Carbonara looks so too. The spinach and ricotta ravioli though was too salty, maybe due to over seasoning of the pesto sauce or somebody forgetting there is saltiness coming from the ricotta too. The spicy mango roast chicken has a sweet and spicy flavor combination that is not necessarily to my liking. Another issue for me is the plating, which was quite dull throughout… another area that can use some sprucing up. It was not all bad, it was still a decent meal, though there are certainly things that can be improved upon to provide a better dining experience to the patrons. I would still give it a try the next time round.More

Friendly and professional service. The food was delicious and although it was lunchtime during a weekday, the ambience was pleasant. Not overcrowded and good air con, as it gets quite humid. The dessert was scrumptious! Reasonably priced and good quality.

We were there for a tea and this restaurant is quite big and the decoration is nice and gives you a cosy and soothing feeling. Staff is friendly and service is good. The thing Iike about this place is the dessert is tasty and because...the place have lots of tables, you will have some good privacy chatting with your Friends. Unlike Starbucks nearby the table are so near to each other and have less privacy. Definitely would recommend this place if you are in Paradigm Mall.More

Group of friends visited the place, we enjoyed our lunch over there. I typically love the cod fish, which I repeatedly ordered the same dish for several time. The butter chives sauce was thick and delicious, I will never got enough of it. The presentation...of the food was nice, and service was attentive and swift. I love the place and keep up the good work. Will be backMore

Excellent dinner with the family. The decor is impressive with the high ceilings. The service is average and the staff needs to be more attentive. The food is always good with this outlet chain, especially the Ravioli, which has a few choices. You wanna to...save some bread to wipe up the sauces.More

We have the lunch set at RM30++ consists of : soup of the day - tomato pumpkin with house salad - very creamy and delicious, then the main which consists of :- Braised Chicken Cacciatore or grilled Australian Seabass fillet or spicy smoked duck aglio...e olio, then for dessert - homemade Belgium chocolate ice-cream and an additional of R6++ we can have either coffee latte or fresh orange juice or ice lemon tea. The food portion was just enough and also delicious especially the seabass with creamy sauce. Atmosphere was so so but the waiter was friendly, cheerful and courteous especially Amir. We really enjoyed our meal. Looking forward for another meal at D'italiane.More
