Food tasted good. Local and western food available. Service is fast, friendly and good. Ambience is nice and cozy. Restaurant interior design is nice. A bit pricy. Cleanliness and hygiene is very good.

Just updating my review from the last time I was here. The restaurant is very hot during the afternoon. When requested to adjust the air-conditioning, the owner claims the air-conditioner is controlled centrally by the Mall owners. I find this hard to believe. Secondly, the...do not have a toilet of their own, but expect their patrons to use the Mall's toilets that are located on the other side of the Mall.More

The newly renovated Serai @Paradigm is one of the most pleasant restaurants to dine in, with floor to ceiling glass walls that make you feel as if you are dining outdoors. The menu has expanded to suit the Western palette but thankfully Serai has retained...the Malay fusion dishes that make them so distinctive. Everything on the menu is served tastefully, from appetisers to mains to desserts.More

Went twice over a month and found quality and portions to be inconsistent. Perhaps due to kitchen being unable to cope during peak periods. Nevertheless a nice place to go to for Malay food.

Frankly food is good and tasty but 2 things made me rate this low : 1. Two of our dishes came too slow after everyone has finished their course. 2. Cendol has too much ice and not shaved enough.

We ordered just the salted egg fried squid and nasi kerabu to try as it was highly recommended by our Friend. Turns out it was pretty good. A generous amount of salted egg yolk was used in the sauce to lightly cover the fried squid,...without causing the squid to be soggy. The nasi kerabu was the first time that we’ve tried such a dish and it was yummy. The juices were also very good to. Worth to try.More

Not sure if the Serai here is the same at Empire Subang but my ordered Serai Platter does not come with other condiments... just purely chicken, squid, some pickles and rice... or was I mistaken? Lamb Shank was good though.

I enjoy the nasi kerabu very much. Always love holding semi-formal person-to-person business meetings there. The ambiance can be appropriate for this though there was on one occasion a childrens birthday party. Parking here's also very cheap, so if the meeting carries on after dessert,...you're not hurried. The staff are very helpful and polite. I always recommend this place to friends in the area.More

We went there for dinner to catch up after hearing so much about it. Ordered the nasi kerabu which was one of their most popular dishes. it was a letdown. The fresh tomato quinoa slad was just average. The spaghetti prawn olio olio was not bad...with many pieces of prawns which was fresh. Overall just average. Average price per person is around RM50; fairly expensive.More
