We were at AVANI for a week so experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Friday and Saturday nights are very busy for dinner and Saturday and Sunday mornings very busy for breakfast.
There is an array of different foods and if people can't find something they like then they aren't looking hard enough.
Some evenings they have a small band playing and a show which consists of a woman doing some traditional dancing, 'pea' like shooting a balloon and some stick dancing. They try and get the audience involved. Really enjoyed the stick dancing part.
The coffee machine works well and if you prefer fresh milk rather than powdered then the staff are more than happy to get it for you.
Suggestions to improve include more labels on foods, sauces, spreads and desserts.

Bila bila offers all you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. It’s international food, but mostly Malaysian food. The food is good, but not the best. They make certain dishes incredibly well, but that’s not the case for everything. The curry noodle bar is my favorite there! They make delicious noodle curry!!! The breakfast tea is delicious!!! It reminds me of the tea my grandma used to make me. What really deserves five stars at Bila Bila is the staff!! The staff there is extremely friendly, kind and always ready to help!! They remember who you are and what your preferred drink is. Lorenza was the most helpful to us. She treated us every morning with a lovely, big smile on her face and would bring us our tea and cappuccino, just as we like it. I wish I had all the staff’s names because everyone really did their part and made our visits more lovely.

Breakfast was a wonderful spread of food, with constant refills as the crowd pours in during the school holidays. Despite the full house, the staff, particularly Rizuan and Sarala were extremely friendly and accommodating, very hospitable to my family. Covid precautions were strictly upheld. Looking forward to my next trips to the resort, and for breakfast at the restaurant!

I'd like to give a big shout out to Ridzuan and Sarala for their warm and impeccable service during breakfast. Definitely heartwarming and reminds me of home. My family is very pleased and happy because of the excellent service. A weekend well spent thanks to them. ☺️☺️

Most of the Bila Bila crew are friendly and served up that world-renowned Malaysian hospitality. Unfortunately, some were a bit grouchy in the morning but maybe they had long hours? Also, expect any room-service food you order (no matter how ‘fast’) to show up in about an hour.

an experience that our family and I would never forget..Eeda and Anna were so helpful when we checked in, as was Bazmeer who suggested a great deal of room for me and my family. Not to mention the shamsul, razief and Taufiq buggy drivers who are constantly striving to meet the needs of my family. I love the beauty of this hotel

I personally felt that the breakfast options are limited as compared to other resorts that I have stayed in Malaysia. But I'm contented as long as I have my favorite roti prata with curry and sugar!
