Came here with friends to try the recommended squid dish. It turned out to have been cooked in the squid's own very dark ink which stained everybody's teeth and lips (except mine as it sort of turned me off, sorry!) and led to much laughter among us. We started taking photos for family and friends back home, showing off blackened... More

Jan 2 my friends and I came here for lunch and since it's holiday, so many people waiting. Afterwards I find it worth it, i really like the binagoongan ni kaka, laing, sisig and I enjoyed the banana shake :) I will surely come back here.

Venue: I love the bamboo "pathway" that separated the functions rooms from the usual dining area. Food: LOVE the Tinapa rolls and Mangga Salad. Super refreshing. However, their Kare-Kare lacks vegetables, thus the "nakakaumay" feeling. Aside from that, their baked tahong with cheese is sooo small. I think they serve us about 8 pcs. of those small mussels. Sisig rice... More

Dining in Mesa is like dining at home. Food is really good...service is also really good and homey. The staff relate and are very accomodating to fine detail and needs. I love Filipino food that has that native taste yet is served to really please your palate. There is no fusion here, but the food is good and familiar. No... More

a lot of twist in deed, the sinigang sa bayabas at pinya is one of their specialty, my friends love it but not for me, my wife loves their grilled platter, for the service, the staff is highly commendable attentive and friendly, always wanting to please their client.. I will definitely come back....

If you're new to the country and the cuisine then is an excellent place to start. They have a wide selection of traditional dishes, some with a little twist (not that I knew it had one without my local friends to tell me) ... I do recommend the Sinigang - a sweet & sour soup (not too dissimilar to the... More

This resto offers great Filipino dishes. It is a little expensive but well worth it. Try the adobong baby squid.

First time to visit Eastwood branch and my only request as a pregnant diner was to replace the poached egg in the sisig rice with scrambled egg. And the waitress gets back to me and tells me "bawal po" (forbidden). Did I miss a new rule about eggs in the Philippines? Eastwood branch, please improve your service. Or better yet,... More
