Went here to have breakfast after we fetch our mom early morning from the airport. We were just walk-ins when we went to Brasserie. Upon leading us to our table we started getting our food. We were patiently and genuinely served by Throy and Len....They were very attentive throughout the time that we were there. My mom, who was having a bad mood because 2 of her luggage were lost at NAIA, suddenly smiling and started chitchatting again. I think it was because there was a tawilis available which she really loves and the selection of food were plenty for breakfast. Throy and Len kept on asking us if we want our coffee or water to be refilled. They are just very sweet and attentive. I noticed that they did the same to other guests. Over-all, when we left, we were all smiling and tummies are all full and satisfiedMore

Waiters and staff assigned are friendly. Waiter assigned to us is Ian Topler. Also enjoyed the singers.

Delicious food, great ambiance and our server Francis and Vanessa are attentive, courteous and friendly our dining experience is great and memorable because of them. They even made me mocktail cause I don't drink alcoholic beverages (they have free cocktail for mothers cause its mothers...day).. customer service at its finest!More

Great, sumptuous breakfast with excellent client service @Zaldy/Ron! The hot chocolate is a "must try", since it brings back memories of my childhood... prepared traditionally like how it's done in the provinces of the Philippines!
I had a wonderdul experience here in Conrad, as a past guest from 2018 i did not enjoy the breakfast back then since it didn't suited my taste. Now I am impressed that the menu of the breakfast improved over the past years. I also...appriciate the hoyel employees of Conrad since they brought the warmth and sense of belonging in the hotel, very accomodating and responsible for the job, I admire their hardwork to make the hotel a better place.
