It`s a walking distance from the city hall. My boyfriend actually found this place while waiting for me to do my business in the city hall of davao. This is actually in my list for our davao adventure. My bf doesnt really know our itinerary and I was surprised knowing that he was waiting for me in this cafe. Well,... More

Had two lamb chops and the pumpkin soup. Food arrived hot. French bread was great and coowner sat down and chatted with me. Lovely one of a kind ambiance in Davao.

Very nice old colonial style house. Had a late lunch here, and felt we were beamed into France in the '70s. Good service, solid menu and a very good, French of course, small wine list.

We came in around 10am, 30 minutes before their opening time, their supervisor was kind enough to let us in as we wanted to check out the place. We ordered a chocolate crepe and mango juice just for a mid-day snacks. There were beautiful watercolor paintings around which were also for sale, they complement well with the ambience. We'll sure... More

If you're out to impress a date then this is the place to take her. A well-preserved heritage house but the food is pallid. Service is good

Old house ambiance, but was really nice & comfy fine dining. It's just beside the road so it is also easy access. The owner/chef will visit your table and have a talk with you. Nice wine supply too.

This is a perfect place to take your wife on a romantic dinner. The food and ambience was excellent. The owner (Claude) even comes to the tables and talks to the guests and gives them a tour of the restaurant when he is available. I would eat here again in the future.

Tried a medium well steak from Claude's for dinner to wrap up our first day in Davao. I haven't tried this type of steak prep since I always order well done but this one changed my mind. A plate of steak can actually serve 2-3 pax. Claude's cheesecake with 4 types of toppings is memorable. This tops all the best... More

As an expat Australian living in the Philippines, I have learned to embrace the Filipino culture and their style of cooking. Adobo, lechon, sinigang, paksiw, pancit and kinalaw spring to mind, with loads of rice with every meal. Pork, chicken, beef and fish is almost always heavily overcooked until totally dried out; to my taste that is. Thus, when I... More

We chose Claude's because of the great reviews. We weren't disappointed. Claude and his daughter were great hosts and Claude came and had a lovely chat with about our visit to the Philippines. The food was delicious. I particularly liked the quality of the mango juice. We had steaks and they were really great. Thank you. 😃

Description
Mediterranean Cuisine.

Claude’s serves the best steaks in town. Their steaks are perfectly cooked to the diner’s specifications with a choice of pepper or mushroom sauce. It can also be served with either mashed potatoes, or the more popular choice, rice.

Other crowd-drawers are their appetizers, salads and soups. Some appetizers which deserve to be mentioned are their salmon pate and shrimp cocktail. The pate is served with lightly toasted sliced French bread while the cocktail is full of fresh shrimp smothered with light dressing and a helping of tomatoes and avocados. Their ceasar’s salad is also easily one of the best I’ve tasted in the city.
