this is one classic place to eat classic food...pancit luglug, batchoy, eclair, tuna sandwich, name it...walang kasing sarap. the female security guard is still with them since i was still in elementary, ok now i'm married with kids, it only means that the owners are really such a nice employer...highly recommended.

Since I was a little kid my Mom used to bring me their delicious pansit luglug and their yummy chicken sandwich. Sometimes when we are in the city we dine there and I eat pansit luglug and their chicken mami. One of Davao's best snack place and an affordable one. Try this whenever you are in Davao.

Tried some of their cakes and pies and it's so good, not too sweet. Cecil's Pansit luglug and chicken sandwich is also good. Whenever I am in Davao, I make it a point to take home their very delicious brownies. I even ask friends and relatives coming from Davao to buy me boxes of brownies and save it until someone... Good food for snacks at a reasonable price. Sadly, we haven't tried their chicken empanada. Maybe next time :)

Im not sure if cecils is davao born, but mom loved the place already during her younger years. Simple, Classic, and appropriately priced, Cecil's breads and pastries are unpretentiously good, even with lesser colours and embellishments. Top favourites : pan de ciosa, leche flan, chocolate eclair . Cecil's sweetness has already been tested through time.

Every time I enter this place, or at other branches, I don't miss a slice of cake. It's so delicious and one-of-a-kind.

We always ate here when I was growing up and I could not pass the opportunity to eat when I visited Davao. Their Pancit Luglog is still the best! The taste has remained the same. Good. This branch is already their third and I preferred it to their original branch. Less crowded when we went and aircon unit was functioning... More

Went here the day before we left for Cebu and ordered the palabok. It was mind blowing and insanely good. That's how delicious its palabok is. For 88 pesos you get a palabok, a small brownie and a glass of Coke. I've tasted better eclairs and cakes in Melbourne but really the palabok is out of this world. I would... More

You cannot leave Davao without dining here at Cecils. It's clean and prices are reasonable. They have the best palabok in Davao City, you should try their batchoy as well, the mocha roll, and of course their palabok, chicken sandwich and other pastries. You can't go wrong with Cecils.
