Walking along Duterte street, right before the Bagobo House is a nondescript place with a roaster outside doing liempo (pork belly) and chicken. I got the last of their chicken to take out. They have a buffet merienda from 2-5pm. Good place to have an afternoon business meeting. Food selection for the merienda is good enough. Refills are a bit slow though. The place is also a bit small. If not eating the buffet merienda, try their satemi and their pinakbet. Both are delicious!

We didn't plan to eat here but it's one of the very few places that are open that night when we arrived and checked in at Las Casitas. Unexpectedly, the sizzling squid is very good and affordable as well (PhP200-240?)They have al fresco and airconditioned areas.
