I'm sitting at the restaurant as I'm writing this review. IT IS NO LONGER CALLED KRUA THAI RESTAURANT! It's now called "Cafe Asia- Dimsum house". They still serve a medium sized Thai menu, but they now serve Chinese food as well. It's a clean and small restaurant. But the food is decent and the staff is friendly! Same owner.

The menu is adequate. Service is friendly. The prices are reasonable but the servings are a bit on the small side. Just OK

I lived in Davao for a year, and this was one of my favourite places, especially when I needed a change of diet from Filipino food once in a while. Having been to Thailand too, I am aware that the food is not one hundred percent authentic, but it was all delicious and well made. Especially the atmosphere with lighting... More

Went there with some friends we ordered some starters which were served after 30 mn and were very average then I ordered some fried rice with shrimps and my friend tom kha ghai Fried rice was more chinese style and had small flavour compared to real thai food And Tom kha ghai was insipid. As a foreigner staying in Davao, this is one of my top 3 restaurants. I would put the food quality and atmoshere up with any of the good thai restaurants I have eaten at in Los Angeles.Maybe even better. Highly recommend.

The restaurant has a sizeable sampler of Thai dishes that covers the entire gastronomic menu from vegetarian to carnivorous. And the citrus drink in a pitcher sure gets the good food down. Early afternoon is a good time to eat since service

This is the third time I have eaten at Krua Thai in Davao. We have also eaten several times in the Krua Thai restaurant in Cebu. I love Thai food, appreciate it, and have some expertise with it since I lived with a Thai family for over four years in Bangkok. Sorry to say, if you are looking for good... More

I love this restaurant because it have a wide variety of food for vegetarians like me. Vegetarian food is a luxury in Davao City. Some of my favourite dishes here are: Vegetarian Fried Rice, Vegetarian Spaghetti, Tofu with cashew nuts, Mango Shake and Yellow Curry. The staff are friendly and ably assist in helping you choose great dishes. I go... More

We were here in this restaurant one afternoon and had to wait until the opening the early evening. The long wait was compensated by the great food and the lovely oriental interior.
