Very good Chinese! You have to try the taro puff, fish & crabs! Service is very attentive.. One of the better Chinese places to go..

We were in this area at the Victoria complex to find a restaurant after we came to Davao late because of the delayed flight on a down-pouring rainy June 13th from Manila to Davao. Restaurant had a nice ambience and decor, service was attentive. Had the best salted egg fried crabs i ever tasted, very tasty and great flavour. Tried several dishes, including fried pigeon, which was also pretty unique.

The Emperor is one of a pair of restaurants in the big parking lot on the side of Victoria Plaza in "Bajada" in Davao City. Tell any taxi driver you want to go to Emperor Restaurant and if they look puzzled say it's in big area next to Victoria Plaza...but everyone knows Emperor (and its "cousin" Emerald Restaurant.
