Anzani can be excellent - and sometimes not so excellent. This time, as always, the wild mushroom soup was superb. The tiramisu equally so. Wine was fine. The service attentive and personal too. I wish they'd get rid of the tablet menus. All in all very good, if expensive.

Nicely designed quality restaurant in great location. We sat outside with wonderful views of Cebu City. Good choices on the food and drinks menu. Really enjoyed the food, sitting outdoors, but thought the service still needs to step up a little to match this restaurant's aspirations.

Great find in Cebu. The menu is quite varied and they have options where you can take set course menu's which include wines. The food quality was good and so was the service. It gets very busy, so booking would be a good idea especially on weekend nights.

Went back with a client because he was looking for Italian. We have a spaghetti that was drenched. The portions were not given equally. Client dreaded ordering that seafood spag because he did not get as much "seafood" as I did!

Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary with our year-old son. Staff attentive and very helpful. Wonderful views from Panorama Heights. Very clean and hygienic. Menu varied and exciting. Beautifully presented. Decor smart but relaxed. Service hospitable. Not cheap but not excessive. Not just one of the best restaurants in Cebu but the entire archipelago.

We had my dinner last Nov 20, we ordered pasta with seafood, raspberry salad and spicy penne... The food tasted good esp the spaghetti with seafood warp in a thin paper . We paid Php 2000 including mango shake and a beer for my husband. Though pricy, we love the food..We will surely come back.

Thank Janisse H
