From its origins as Ding How Dim Sum house to Ding Qua Qua to its present day name Harbour City, it remains our all time favorite. Pork steam rice, so mail, spring rolls, empress roll and paiquat is a veritable feast. For Cebu natives who live abroad, we dream about this.

Place is usually packed during lunch & even until snack time in the afternoon. Try their siomai, shrimp dumpling & vegetable roll. There are a lot of choices to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Enjoyed the food.

There is no question with regards to the quality of their food. People still flock to this restaurant because they might just have the best steamed rice in town. But, what will bring down the establishment's reputation is the attitude of their staff. Each time you call them, from asking them to take down your order, to asking for sauce... More

The steam cart dishes here are served hot. This is must try when you're looking for Chinese food in Cebu. The chicken feet is good.

As a first time visitor here, I wasn't sure what to expect, the fact that the place was almost full , says it's worth a go, on sitting down we ordered an array of dim sums and a few other cooked orders, beef spring rolls, shrimp rolls, crab claws and black pepper ribs, all delicious, however the best was the... my wife & i had lunch in this resto and we loved the siomai and the steamed fried rice. there are other sumptuous dishes and you could just order and pick up from their mobile carts carried around the resto by the servers. i would recommend that you try this when in cebu city, philippines.

My brother took us here for lunch. He explained that this used to be Ding Qua Qua , which we frequented when we were little. The original restaurant closed and moved to SM city and name was changed to Harbour City. Food is still very good! Brings back memories. Excellent service. Clean restaurant. Nice view of the water. It even... More

This has been my favorite Chinese restaurants in Cebu. I always get steamed rice, siomai and spring rolls. It's a great place for a quick snack or a full meal. Check out this place and enjoy!

It's one of our family's favorite restaurant but every time I visit the place....the service is getting worst. Their managers/supervisors are not fit to fulfill their job. Very disappointing
