The deserts were quite good, but a bit expensive. I guess you are paying the location and the french name as well. But Istill recommand.

Le pain quotidien is a chain of bakery and cafe spread all over the world. I met this brand in USA , Argentina, Belgium etc. In Moscow there are some but I used to go often to this one on Kamergerskiy in the heart centre of Moscow.. It smells attractively , which is important for bakery at least. Tasty food,... More

Usually reliable, this place has waiters with no idea what they were out of (almost half the menu). The food just wasn't up to standards in a chain that has not previously failed me

Very nice cakes and coffees. Very good service! Loved it. We went there three times in two days!! We ordered a croissants basket to share and they were big and good. The best was the apple one.

This was a typical, if not a particularly unique, dining experience at 'le Pain'. A good and varied menu. Service was OK but nothing special. A fair price for a fair meal.

We had a small group of 12 people for breakfast. We had informed management well before hand about our group and what we would need. Arriving early, I found that the server assigned to us didn't speak a word of English. When I asked for help from the manager, Sergey, who spoke at least some broken English, he referred us... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.
