While the entire Caviar Bar and Restaurant menu can be found on Belmond Grand Hotel Europe official website, here we would like to mention several recommended positions from its list to you. For example, some of them are from the “Heritage menu” section, that include specialties from hotel’s old cook books: here hors d’oeuvres «Romanov» price is 3 050 RUB, Soup price is – 750 RUB, Main course dish - Ladoga lake pike perch “Orli” with caviar sauce – 1 550 RUB, the selection of three desserts is at – 650 RUB. Another must-try from the menu is our signature dish “Egg in Egg”, truffle-infused scrambled egg, topped with beluga, oscietra and salmon caviar (4 200 RUB). We also usually recommend not to miss out on the new offer from the menu - “Spirit of Russia”, which includes a vodka experience in a high cuisine style: “Caviar Bar” cocktail (a fine selection of Russian caviar: beluga, oscietra, sevruga, salmon and pike served with traditional condiments, blinis, smetana, chopped eggs complemented with a shot of vodka or glass of Russian sparkling wine) - 14 500 RUB.
