Good food, mid- to high price range, great ambience, interesting decor, in a traditional Siberian wooden building. Lake views. Service was good. English menu, which appears to not be the same as the Russian one - the item I had was one I saw a fellow diner eating, and asked about it because it was not on the English version.Was... More

Was a walk in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food was well cooked but do not order the chicken. The fish soup was well seasoned and a good dish. If you like potatoes you will be happy as they have 5 types of potato dishes as garnishes. The staff are pleasant and the food service is not as... More

The restaurant was recommended as the best restaurant in Listvyanka. Yes it is , however the prices is away over exaggerated to the limit that you really do not think that you may eat there for such quantities. Food is delicious and cooked in a nice way Mosquitoes screwed the taste as there was no control over them in the... More

We had a wonderful lunch, not much English spoken, but the service was still great and the food was good. Truly enjoyed the grilled chicken.

We ate here twice during our stay in Litsvyanka. On both time, we fell unwelcomed when entering the restaurant, maybe because we do not speak Russian. Once seated, the waitress was helpful and suggested tipical local dishes. The food was very good and fresh.

Nice views and cosy ambience let down by typical Russian restaurant service - don't bet on a smile. I had the Omul with potato pancakes for 430 rbls and it was lacking seasoning and tasted off.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. English menu. I had a delicious white baikal fish with nuts, potato pancakes (not so good for my taste - lacked salt) and something called fishermans snack - yummy.

Had dinner with my vegetarian honey and a friend at Proshly Vek Cafe and all of us enjoyed our meals. My favorite was the local fish baked with hash brown potatoes. Service was good as was the local beer. My honey found lots of menu items that fulfilled her veggie needs

Pretty good place to try local cuisine. The food was fresh and there was lots of variety. We tried at least three types of fish dishes (uha, omul with pine nuts, and omul with potato pancakes). All were just delicious. Also a good sampling is the pine nut vodka. For a lunch for two we paid around 2500 RUR (we... More
