Close to Chinatown, great menu. Food was quick and hot. Tasty meals. You can sit on the street or inside

Loved everything about our dinner here. Sat at an outside table along buzzy, but not crazy Jalan Sultan. Staff were uniformly pleasant and efficient. And the food -- wow! I had a fantastic version of claypot aubergine (eggplant, brinjal) with salted fish. I've long credited...Penang's Tek Sen restaurant with the best aubergine dish on the planet for a same-named dish, but Han Kee's version, while noticeably their own, is equally wonderful. I also had a superb serving of Singapore noodles. My companion spoke very highly of her sweet and sour chicken. Best beer price in town, with a big Tiger going for just RM18.More

Good, reasonably priced food in a very clean restaurant despite being on the street. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go but would definitely swing by again if I was in the area.

Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere here. Ordered a spicy prawn dish, seaweed soup, tomato omelette, and Singapore veg noodles. All terrific. Many other very appealing mostly seafood and noodle dishes kept coming out of the kitchen at an impressive speed.

We wanted to try some food in Chinatown and as we wanted to soak in the whole atmosphere we sat outside. At first it was a bit quiet but suddenly became busy which was great. There were locals and tourists alike eating here. We’re always...a bit nervous about eating on the street but we needn’t have been because the food tasted very fresh indeed and arrived within a reasonable time.More

We had a great meal for 2 (3 delicious dishes - veg, pork & noodles) & cold beer - US$15. Sat on the sidewalk & people watched. Tables are big and street isnt too packed. Would definitely eat there again. Lots of locals and also...foreigners. Good atmosphere.More

Us adventurous beings decided to try food that we were unfamiliar with, and chose this restaurant for our culinary adventure (with much hesitance). The owners were lovely and helped us choose from the massive menu. We ordered a range of dishes: from chicken to pork...to fish to prawns. Every single dish was “amahzing ”! We were very glad we chose Han Kee.More

Tried all the meats at this place and loved them all. Kampung chicken and roast duck were the best.Roast chicken and Char siew were also very good. Love the fact that you can order a breast or a leg; whatever takes your fancy!

This is our favourite lunch joint, we come here at least once a week, as the food portion is generous and the pricing reasonable. This is where locals and foreigners come to for good food and comfortable environment.

All of us 2 adults and 2 children loved this place and ate here twice. The salt and pepper prawns are excellent. It is well worth the short walk beyond the tourist trap of the main drag in china town
