Thanks to him, we enjoyed our meal so much that we ended up eating more than we expected! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

My daughter and I were on a trip together and had our truffle French fries changed to original French at the poolside governor's request. My daughter only ate the original, so I changed it, but she happily responded with a smile.
Thanks to Zafiah Eni for helping me with my English here at the 1st grade level.

The outlet supervisor Zariah class very friendly and had a good chat with her while having my meal, as I was alone she came over to strike a conversation and kept me company which was very sweet of her. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well . As for the food I ordered nasi goreng kampung and it was really good. The orange juice was thick and freshly made. I had also ordered banana split which could be enjoyed by 2 pax and I had it all for myself . Great atmosphere with soft background music and outdoor seating as well. Will surely come back to try out the other restaurants.

I recently dined at Crystal in the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur and had a fantastic experience. Dhaniel and Mark were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with menu selections and providing excellent service throughout the meal. The food was great, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. The onde-onde martini here is BEYOND AMAZING! A perfect marriage between a local dessert and cocktail. Our server Dhaniel also made it a top notch experience - his food recommendations were spot on! We also had a view of the KL and (a) twin towers and enjoyed the serene poolside experience.

This spot is definitely underrated with the quality of the food and service by the staff. We were there in a stormy evening and they welcomed us with an umbrella walking across the swimming pool. The food and drink are both great! This place also has promotions for drinks depending on the day which means that you could get your third wine free on weekends. The staff, including Mark, Eni, and Adha were all very friendly and offered one of the best services I have ever got. We will definitely come back to this place next time we visit KL. Highly recommended!

The place was cozy, cooling, the food was nice. Staff were kind and polite. I was given a cup of still wine(not sure how to say the wine as opened and left with the last amount to pour into my cup), which didn’t taste good. I asked for a change and Arnil was very prompt with his service .Eni was also good with her service. Thanks for the experience.

We have a great dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Crystal @ St Regis, KL. The foods are awesome with very romantic atmosphere. Our table has been decorated with nice set-up. This was a lovely place to dine for lunch. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the infinity pool overlooking Kuala Lumpur. The food is delicious. I had vegetable spring rolls, lamb sliders and truffle fries. The service is impeccable. Dhaniel, Mark and Edgardo were all on point and a pleasure to talk to. They took care of our every need. Lovely spot. Great service. Eni was so pleasant and obliging and we had a lovely chat. Delicious spring rolls and two excellent Negronis made by the polite gentleman tending the bar. Very nice space and well worth the visit.
