Been here several time. Still my all time favorite Indian banana leaf restaurant in KL. Love the crab curry and the choice of dishes. Food is very tasty & full of spices. Price is on the high side if you compare with other restaurant in...its same class, however this is Bangsar we are talking about! Parking is difficult so I suggest to park in mall opposite itMore

Had our Roti Canai breakfast at the Devi's Corner for the first time since MCO enforced in March. Keeping to social distancing and keeping save. Nice warm food and Teh Halia...cheers.

To be frankly speaking, this restaurant is very expensive and adapt double standard food charge for takeaway food during mco period. To illustrate this, i went to this restaurant drng lunch for takeaway food. I ordered crab curry (only curry), cabbage fry and mango chutney...which cost rm 3 each but wat surprise me was that their chicken masala which cost rm 30... What the crap....before packing the chicken masala the waiter inform me that its rm12 per plate so i agreed to buy it but then when i saw the bil, it was written as rm30 per packet....and their reason was because its chicken masala so that why its expensive....hello dear devi's corner owner.....i can buy two whole chicken n cook briyani with rm 30....wat a scam kind of business you are handling....whn the customer is new you charge them differently compare to old customer...should complain them to higher authority....More

Were taken to Devi's after a hot day travelling around the site. It is what it is, an experience if you've never eaten off a banana leaf before! As much rice, veg and chutney as you can eat with a protein - we shared a...squid between the two of us and it was plenty for lunch. The price was just amazing at around £3.50 a head! I guess, they save on the washing up!More

It has a branch in TAMAN Tun Dr Ismail. It is located a corner shop lot. The chicken kurma was good. The other curries sauces were quite rich but a tad salty.

We have not been here for about a year and craved for the crab curry gravy to go with the rice. First, we were told at 12.30pm they ran out of Indian or parboiled rice, which to us is BS.A good BLR always has Indian...rice, that goes to show business is not there anymore. The mutton was chewy and tough. Fried chicken looked like no marinade at all and dry, probably overnight. The fried tenggiri was dry and we rejected one after seeing the pathetic dry fish instead of 2. The veg and gravies are still ok. With Kayu, Nirvana and especially Bala BLR all nearby, looked like competition is taking its toll on them and maybe thats why they are cutting corner on quality food. Not coming back for sure.More

We decided to try the joint out again after a bad experience last year but couldn’t believe the declining standards. There must be a touch of arrogance when a venue actually has food preparation being shown to the public with poor hygiene standards. I couldn’t...eat the gristly mutton with more bone and chew than meat. The rice is difficult to get wrong but really...it was dry and cool. I am sorry but anyone recommending this place is not a true gourmand. Yes, relatively cheap, but you want to have taste and subtlety not just sauces full of oil and chilli. Won’t be back again after two strike outs.More

We arrived, looking very obviously like tourists. They were very helpful with suggestions and attentive. The food was served very quickly. We ordered the crab curry and tandoori chicken. Curry was served on a banana leaf. The food was very tasty! The only thing I...was slightly disappointed at was the food was only warm, not hot off the stove. We had also ordered from Devi’s corner the night before on Grab. It was the best Nasi Lemak I’ve ever had. I highly recommend to give it a try.More

I just ordered GrabFood yesterday from this place. Food was tasting weird and it looked like they threw a bunch of leftovers together. The chicken curry tasted funny and today I woke up with food poisoning. It was the only meal I had yesterday and...today I had only dinner so I am 100% sure I got the food posioning from them. Now I have a rash all over my chest, neck and back from the food poisoning. Totally not recommend this restaurantMore

I have been going to Devi's corner for the past 10 years. It's so sad to see the quality of this place declining over the years. We used to look forward to come and enjoy a good BLR on weekends. Now we feel it's just...an ordinary BLR. Service by employees is as if we owe them something and have to beg them to serve us dishes. If you're not bothered to keep your employees motivated and happy to serve customers might as well close shopMore

Grab driver took us here as the roti canal place we were going to was closed. Really great roti canal and coffee! Has all of the typical Indian and malay breads, curries, Nazi campus, etc. seems it’s well known. Very cheap as well.
