This place is aircond and clean but non-halal. Besides serving Fish Head Noodles, they also serve mixed pork noodles. Add on are fish paste and fresh prawns. The Fish Head Noodles is my family favorite as the soup base is clear (not those with carnation evaporated milk, tomato and salted veg) and the fish meat is fresh (not those pre-fried ones). However, for those who want to eat rice, there is also a chicken and roast duck rice stall next to it. It looks pretty good too. Best time to go is before 12.00 noon.

Always full of patrons and need to wait for great food. We were fascinated with the pork & big prawns noodle in dry or soup forms. Expect long queue but food was delivered fast. I personally did not have any issue on its noodle soup and did not feel thirsty after eating. Believed the noodle soup was prepared without using MSG. Only concern is the restaurant is not spacious and feel cramped. You can also order the noodle with Grouper (石斑鱼).

Discovered by accident. Food fresh & no msg. Came about 12pm & packed. Waiting time at least an hour. Check it out.

Base on the address given, it is not easy or unable to find this place. This place is located at the end of the block at the address given, looking in from Jalan Gelang, and lanes that connects to a parallel road called Jalan Chin Chin. And form Jalan Chin Chin, it is also not possible to clearly see the restaurant as there were large and shady trees covering the front of the shop. Hence it is a really hidden place. Came early, before lunch time, to look for the place and found it. The shop has a few stalls and a large "tai chau" stall, operated by individuals, whilst the shop owner operates light refreshments and drinks. Tried the hainanese chicken rice, and the "Tai Chau", where ordered their hokkien mee and wat tan hor (2 noodles dishes). As for the Hainanese chicken rice, the chicken they sell are really good to chew and not too soft nor too hard, and the soup that comes with it is also quite nice and tasty. The condiments too were very good. The hokkien mee and the wat tan hor were really good, as in above average. Also not that many places that sells hokkien mee during day time. Will definitely come back to try other stalls and dishes, from the same "Tai Chau" stall. Parking can be a problem around this area. So, may drive around a few times to look for a place to park.
