It's been years since I've been to Ciao and it wasn't disappointing. Nice environment. Great food. Good service. Would go back for special occasions.

Went here for a wedding. They have free car jockeys for big group events. Food was tasty and had a nice selection. Especially enjoyed the lamb roast. Ambience was cosy and warm. Place was clean. Staff was always attentive and helpful. Overall had a nice...experience.More

Ciao has a lovely location smack in the city center. The outdoor seating faces lovely greens from the nearby golf course. We had lunch here on a weekday and chose the RM62.00 3 course set lunch. Service is nice and friendly.

My husband and i made dinner reservations via email. The response was handled professionally. We had grilled vege for appetiser...then proceeded to order Ravioli and Lamb shank as main course. I am a vegetarian. I asked 1 of the male staffs about the vegetarian pasta...dishes in the menu and he was good at pointing out those. The lamb shank was a disappointment. Meat was tough. The chef apologised and said that he would try to tweak the lamb shank , but we decided to opt to order beef tenderloin. A good chef would check the quality of the food served before sending it out. Lamb shank is supposed to melt in one's mouth. Spinach served with tenderloin was slightly salty. We had delicious choc lava for dessert. The staff was kind enough to have Happy bday imprinted beside the cake. I was also advised to go for Amaretto to go with dessert by the same male staff Sorry, i didnt take note of his name.Overall , ambience was great ,beautiful view , nice setting and excellent service.More

Ciao is in an elegant villa and the s wrong is very elegant, service Impeccable. Food was good, but not great, and menu could be expanded

Came here for family dinner on a Friday evening. I had braised lamb shank that was so tender and flavorful. Husband had papperdelle with duck that he thought was delish. Daughter had pizza which was good, but crust could have been crispier. Service was excellent....Would come again.More

Discovered this place once attending a wedding reception. Cozy little place with good atmosphere around. Came here for business and food tasting. Overall it was quite satisfying.

Impressive value for money. We all had different dishes and we all enjoyed the good food and good italian rosé wine. Good service too (unusual in kl!). Really recommend this place.

Found this place from google, and was surprised by the good comments provided by others hence I give it a try on my wife birthday. I called a week ago to reserve a table on a cozy corner, and they really provide me a good...corner with a outside garden view! I am not a Italian's food fans, so it's hardly for me to judge whether the food is taste like traditional Italian food or not, but atleast the taste is nice for me! What I can said is I had tasted the best tiramisu I had before in here.... The service is good - when we order mushroom soup for 1, the waitress asked us are we sharing, instead of putting in a same bowl to share, the mushroom actually come in 2 bowls... Atmosphere is superb here! The only setback for me is the price, consider a little bit pricy for me.More

We had one of the best dinners we ever had! -I can't describe how delicious the food was, I'll leave it for you. -The menu has a large collection of foods. -The pricing of the menu items was quite reasonable. -The service was great. -The...place felt like we were in Italy. I think it would be a great venue for a wedding ceremony, corporate dinners, or even birthday parties. -Parking can fit a lot of cars.
