I went to Pier 12 to try Black Pepper Crab as I am a big fan of it since my visit to Singapore 10 years ago.
The dinner was the best I had for pretty long time. The 1 kilo crab was done perfectly in pepper and onion sauce and we share it for us 3. Although crab was the main part of the dinner menu we also enjoyed seafood platter very much, mostly due to its fantastic sauce. As usual we asked for House wine because we did not want to overrun the dish flavour with wine taste. The wine was Argentinian Chardonnay, pretty simple but making a perfect fit for the crab. The service was very professional and friendly.
In overall our visit was really top and we even we a bit surprised as seen not many visitors in this great dining place.
Definitely will repeat the visit on next occasion.

I celebrated my husband birthday here and I dint expect they decorated the table and tie some balloon on the chair. It was a great surprise for my husband and the food are really good,for starter we ordered fried soft sell crab, prawn gambas, seafood chowder and seafood medley, the seafood chowder are really delicious and not too creamy. For main we had the seafood medley and grill lobster, we come back again bc off good food and Excellent service.

I start the amazing dishes especially when you are French and you are used to eating well and good meat.
If you want to eat good meat a good mashed good pasta or lobster super go without fail I recommend eyes closed

We went here expecting top quality food, we went for 2 crabs a lobster & a seafood medley between 4 of us. The crab was just served with the the sauce on top rather cooked as crab should be. The waiter admitted that the crab was frozen not fresh. We were not concerned about how much is cost, the quality was what we wanted but it wasn’t good. The waiters were apologetic but it was too late, the food was not all served at the same time either. Not a good experience & we told our hotel concierge as it was he who recommended this restaurant but I doubt he will recommend it again.

Went there for dinner on a whim and to try a new place. We walked in at 17:30 to an empty restaurant and left at 18:30 and it was still empty.
We had:
Mushroom soup
Pan seared halibut
Pasta with jackfruit balls
Fiji water
The service was excellent but the food quality la king. Ordered fresh juice and got carton juice so we returned. The fish came deep fried and not pan seared, it had no taste but the sauce tasted good. The pasta was tasty but the jackfruit balls were off. Presentation was really good but execution was the weak point.
We felt sorry for the waiter, he tried his best to give us alternatives after we were finished but the damage was done. They have everything to make it a good place except the chef.
We will not be returning. This is probably why the place is empty. Good service though.

The food was excellent ( the best King Prawns ever😊). The service was perfect. Raju and the other members of staff took care of everything in a very special way because it was my birthday and they did their best for me, for us . So nice!Raju also explained to us what the different Malaysian specialties were, what the sauces were made of. We had a delicious Malaysian dinner and enjoyed it very much. It was a very, very special birthday thanks to Pier 12 and Raju.

Great service by Faruk, with a nice view of the tower from our table. We shared the tuna entree and the seafood medley between us and were very happy with everything. Food was prepared well and beurre blanc sauce on the seafood medley was the best i've ever tasted.
The venue is in a nice quite spot but very easy to get to.
Can highly recommend for a nice romantic dinner

Finger licking seafood.
I tried the Pan seared scallops, clams in butter garlic sauce and the Chilli garlic crab.

Good choice of cocktails on the menu. I had Red Sangria and long island ice tea which wonderful.

What a memorable day. This restaurant is an awesome place to have dinner. 'Dilky' is one best host I have ever met. She was very polite and very knowledgeable in regards to the menu and also very accommodative Food was amazing. Menu is great. Ambient is awesome. Choices of food is great. Services is excellent. Price is reasonable. Great place to celebrate small birthday party. Outside seating have great KL Tower view. Overall amazing restaurant

My family and I come here every other Friday/Saturday/Sunday for the food and drinks. We always sit outside by the fan and love trying new items on the menu. This is the second time we have been here since they've changed the menu earlier this month.
The Ambience
Like I've mentioned we sat outside this time. We arrived at about 6.40pm so just before sun set. From our seating we can see the Menara KL and the sun set on it. At about 7.20pm the menara kl lights came on and the view was beautiful. The restaurant lights are also cozy. We were seated next to the fan which keeps us cool. However I must mention that we get whiffs of a drain-like aroma every 10 mins or so. But id say to overcome this you could sit inside.
The Food
The food menu changes every 6 months according to the waiter. This time I came, I ordered the salmon with cauliflower barley risotto. 5/5 best dish of the night. We also ordered the seafood aglio olio which was lovely. We ordered it last time.we also ordered the seafood chowder pie again with mantao buns. The soup was filling and the pastry matched well. We tried the chicken with palak paneer also. Id say this dish got a 4.5/5 just for its size/lack of quantity of the elements in comparison to the other dishes. The chef is phenomenal.
The Service
The service is 5☆(star). The staff has recognised us as regulars. We have gotten 20% off vouchers for future dines and they are in general very attentive and friendly.

I went there with friends last week. We really enjoyed the food and service. We had the grilled lobster and chilli crab - was so delicious! If you would like an ambiance with a view, an outdoor seating is perfect as you can see the KL tower.
Will definitely come again!

Without a doubt the most unfortunate restaurant I have ever been in.
Many menu items missing and what I ordered finally was left because the mashed potatoes were cold, the chicken inedible and over all a bad experience.
If you are ever considering KL and looking for seafood give this restaurant a big big miss.

It is a wonderful experience dining in this restaurant - Great food specially whole steam fish,chilli crab,chowder and classic salad, for drinks cocktail long Island and whisky sour must try, fantastic customer service and nice environment. The staff is very attentive and helpful, simply superb. Will definitely visit again!
